Divorce does not happen so easily in India. Just the couple sign on some Stamp papers and they are not divorced. The court case takes as much as one year to settle. Till then even if Radha marries Jigar she is not his legal wife. Paridhi being educated and clever can consult a good lawyer for this.

I hope Pari gets a good lawyer who never lost a case and will send Radha packing and for good after digging up and finding out all kinds of dirty secrets about Radha.
