Why try to kill Meera?

I don't understand why Radha and the other lady are trying to kill Meera. What are they trying to achieve?
Given that Kokila knows the truth and her memory will be back anytime, one would think Radha would try to go as far away as possible!

According to Radha Gopi has spoiled her life by killing Umang

To Take revenge, she is trying to kill meera who is the ladli of Modi parivar in particular Gohem
