All the articles say Ahem's Blood group will exactly match with Gauri's, but I thought Gopi was the one with the rare blood group which would have given more credibility to the reunion of gauri into the family. Ahem's was supposed to be a more common blood group, so unless a DNA was performed it might be difficult to prove the relation to Ahem.

Yeah, there's logic in your view! Agreed.. But it's also mentioned that Gauri/Meera will have allergy to some medicine similar to that of Ahem's. If that's the case, she has to have similar blood group of Ahem right..? 😊

Incorrect...allergic response to medication has no bearing on blood type or vice versa.

Being allergic to similar medicine does not prove that Ahem and Gauri will have the same blood group

Any 2 people can have the same blood group and allergy to similar medicines

To prove that Gauri is Meera a DNA Test has to be done.

I think it is a combination of all the coincidences that will trigger a doubt in Gopi's mind that Gauri could be Meera..and I think the spoilers suggested that Gopi just doubts Gauri could be Meera? In addition to Gauri's blood group and allergies being similar to tjat of Ahem, she also notices the scar on her leg isnt it. And they are already beginning to show that Gauri has many similarities to Ahem like they showed today. For someone who hopes that her child is still alive, I understand Gopi hoping that the similarities may mean that Gauri could be Meera.
