That is the question which is always making me think. I mean why on Earth is Radha still at the Modi mansion? After Gopi left the Modi mansion Radha the devil is still at Modi mansion. This is what I think is the reason why Radha is still at Modi mansion:

After Gopi left Modi mansion everyone was very depressed and no one really asked Radha to leave. Except perhaps Radha's parents had asked her to leave but Radha refused to. Radha might have made up a lie saying that she Radha will look after the Modi mansion as Gopi has left. But in reality what she really meant was that she, Radha would actually get revenge on the Modi's. Rashi might have also asked for Radha to leave but Radha might have diverted the topic. But I'm really surprised that in these 6- 8 years no body had asked Radha to leave the house. Not even once. Even in today's episode Rashi had asked Radha why she is still here at Modi mansion. Or maybe Radha wants power over Modi mansion. She wants to rule Modi mansion. That is the reason why she wants to marry Ahem. Radha knows that Ahem is the oldest son and she knows that Ahem is like the power fullest. So she thinks that if she marries Ahem, then she will become Modi mansions owner. She will become powerful in that house. I just really despise Radha. She is so hostile and vicious. She's so sly.
