During the whole hoopla of Ahem being held captive by the moustachioed bandit, the baby born in the desert and that dramatic return of Kokila from the brink of death, we saw a Kinjal who was behaving exactly as a daughter and sister should behave. She was concerned, worried, upset and angry.
Seeing her with the baby was lovely too, her asking for a picture with the baby.
But the best was when she had her little moment with Kokila. I love how our CVs manage to put these little elements into the scenes.
But what I am really looking forward to is Kinjal fighting for her husband. We've all seen the anger and the jealousy Falguni brings out in her but I want a Kinjal who doesn't just flounce around glaring murderously at Dhaval and Falguni but one who springs to action to guard her marriage. She seemed to do something on Friday when she took the phone and asked to have a word with Dhaval.
She has some feelings for Dhaval which have previously been over shadowed by her anger at what her life has become. Hopefully as she comes to the realisation that her family loves her and wants the best for her she will be able to make her marriage better.
Or we'll see Kinjal go back to being Kinal again.
