It was because only Gopi and Rashi told everyone else about the wishes. No one knew before that. But I strongly protest including Meethi in this mix. She does not deserve that

Well female and male handwriting is usually quite different so maybe in Koki's wide knowledge of the world she can recognise female handwriting from male therefore only suspected the females?

We usually do that in school when we have notes being passed around the classroom or when bullies write things anonymously to other children.

Although saying that Koki would never doubt her boys!!
