Shaun, this type of thing to say without fear of being taken to court its true, the reason she didn't go to police is because she thought she could sort it out with her and the producer, when she wrote the letter to Rashmi Sharma that when you can stop behaving in this manner then give me a ring, meaning the goons threats to break her leg and to kill her if she doesn't drop jhalak dikhla jaa.

Don't we all try to solve a problem ourselves first before we go to police, especially as she thought Rashmi Sharma as her mother and Star Plus as her father, she tried to resolve their dispute like that, but Rashmi Sharma saw this as a challenge, who does she think she is, I will show her that the audience will accept anyone I put there as Gopi, and she replaced her, Giaa was humiliated and she talked and told what was happening there at the production house.

If the threats continued after she left she would have gone to police but they didn't, also she wrote the letter and immediately was ill for one week, she even was seeing a psychiatrist to resolve the issue with someone independent the taunts she was receiving at the hands of the PH. During that week (is the time lag they have footage a week in advance remember Saathiya) they announced on 6th June from tomorrow Gopi will be played by Devoleena, replaced Giaa.

So to me someone who is speaking openly about this torture since 8th June is not lying, the PH have not answered her claims.

However I think the point now is that Giaa should not have entertained her fans in this manner. She should have simply said "No comment" when asked about the issue. Her comments now are just giving her more negative attention. Something that she dos not want or need right now.

Giaa having been humiliated carried on with jdj, I saw the PH trying a dubbing artist on Devoleena's voice and recognising how I personally cannot like Devoleena's voice, she fails to speak, I recognised Rashmi is willing to do anything to make her decision the correct one, she is willing to dub the voice so that audiences find it easier to accept Devoleena, I thought about the U Me Aur TV warning to Rashmi Sharma for Saathiya, and said IPKKND has lower TRP, EHMMBH has low TRP why Star Plus is giving warning to Saathiya? I thought if we speak to Giaa to come forward to say if they call her she will be back in Saathiya to help the show improve it, she can return for her fans, and she did on 31st July SBS she said that, now it's nearly a month nothing PH have not called Giaa. They had they chance right to put aside their ego and set things right, they chose not to do so.

Now Giaa after post elimination from jdj, said confidently she does not regret her decision, when asked the best moment of her life she said the day she had the call from jdj to do the show. She also said she lasted 10 performances, she also told she had been in talks with a big channel for 2 days. That was a confident and fighting spirit Giaa showed to Star Plus and Rashmi Sharma in that interview, those words were directed to them.

This chat session she had with her fans I know definitely she has now a contract for a serial, when asked by her fans she didn't hide what had happened, she told again told of the torture her production house put her through that is why she left but she said if you can call me back and treat me respectfully, why not I can be back in Saathiya. This was all covered by the press there.

So Giaa gets to work at a PH that will treat her well and us as her fans we should be happy for that.

Yes I would have loved had the PH of Saathiya realised in time that this dictatorial way of running a business is wrong, to put aside they ego and get Giaa back as Gopi. After all her voice her intonation, it has so much impact if you watch award shows the clips they choose when Gopi is saying something the voice resonates. Also us that used to read so much in between Gopi and all the actors the magic of Gohem that is all gone now, they don't care about the viewers also, the most important thing for the Production House now is only to win the argument with Giaa, the audience will accept anyone we put there, they know how Devoleena's voice is not nice, that's why they did the dubbing that time, but the most important thing to them is winning the argument.

PS. I seem to recall Giaa clearly indicating that her Producer was very happy with her appearing in JDJ and it was the Channel that had issues. So what happened in between?

Giaa asked to do the reality show for dancing and the Producer said yes, when she went to jdj and signed the contract and returned with the dates, the Producer then said jdj no you can't do it, now Giaa never hid the fact she wanted to do jdj, always we have heard her in off screen interviews she loves to dance even when Ragini Khanna was in jdj she said if I'm asked I will do it, also she always used to make Nazim dance, it was her dream and she got the call at last, she spoke to Colors that Rashmi was refusing, the GEC called up Rashmi Sharma, Star Plus and they had a meeting, Rashmi agreed after GEC threatenend her to loose her commission in her new show on Colors, grudgingly Rashmi agreed, but she sent goons to threaten Giaa, break your leg, we will kill you if you take part in jhalak dikhla jaa, that's when she left, before she left she wrote a letter to Rashmi if you stop behaving in this way call me back. So the producer always had the problem with her doing the show.

Star Plus didn't really know what the issue was they were guessing the problem breach of contract, they said in the beginning, then afterwards after speaking to PH they said the image of Gopi would have been damaged had she done jdj and Saathiya together, but what about Mohammad Nazim he posed for those pictures with panties on (some of them girls panties) why isn't his image damaged? That he can't do Saathiya. The issue was that as I've told you, the contract was never breached as I've told you before remember 25 days contract with Saathiya she had and she was allowed to do reality shows also, she asked for 4 days to do jdj only, Giaa called Rashmi Sharma her mother (meaning they directed her how to act) and SP her father (illustrating that SP gave her, her big break on TV).

Despite our numerous appeals on behalf of viewers of Saathiya, we loved the Gohem, we bought into the CV's magical couple, we loved the chemistry, and for us the Modi's in Saathiya were so real, we would read into the expressions, the body language, for us it wasn't a show it was almost part of our lives, it was that real. That's why it inspired me to write fan fics, after studying the episodes, you know I used to watch episodes more then once, now it's no more and I will have to accept that Star Plus will not resolve the PH's ego issues and make the show that we want to enjoy again.

In Wednesday's SBB segment they said that giaa has signed for some colours show and they said they (colours) are not willing to let Giaa go, they mentioned that the casting is not complete yet. So i dnt get this at all :S One thing is sure Giaa is not coming back on sns sry if i hurt your feelings.

Her change of comments every now and then led to a lot of confusion and she herself created it and ruined her career. If she was in SNS, she probably would have earned better in terms of name, fame as well as money.

When a person is employed by a company, they have to adhere to the rules and regulations, if not, this is the result. How come no one such as Hina Khan, Sanaya did not do because they respect the decisions of their employer. As simple as that..
