I have no doubt it's true, because they would have sued her had it not been true

Her change of comments every now and then led to a lot of confusion and she herself created it and ruined her career.

Giaa has not changed her comments about the torture she face always she has told that, when she first came out in the open on 8th June she said that to India Forums, to Times of India, you can google the articles for that day, it's all there. Now after the live chat the press that were covering that wrote the articles taking the important bits that will sell newspapers and printed articles about torture.

I don't think she has ruined her career, she has jhalak dikhla jaa on her resume and also now she will do another show so she will have a fuller resume right, so she made the right choice to leave the employer that was treating her really badly.

If she was in SNS, she probably would have earned better in terms of name, fame as well as money.

Giaa won 13 awards as Gopi in SNS, it was the most then SP actress right now, she has achieved a lot in 2 years, but about her fame I think she has gotten more famous with what has happened she is always in the newspapers, much much more then when she was in the serial also, in terms of money if SNS runs for a few more months and her new serial runs for longer then that she will have more money as well.

So I agree she has gone through a lot but it might turn out to be the right move eventually a few years from now will tell, what happens in the new serial. Off course for me I wanted her back in SNS, but I realise that if the PH can't stop acting badly and treat her well, it's their loss.

When a person is employed by a company, they have to adhere to the rules and regulations, if not, this is the result.

That's exactly where you are wrong, she never broke her contract, the contract allows her to perform in other serials and reality shows channels (remember Ishq Sufiyana performance on Colors with Nazim), also Jhalak dikhla jaa needed her for 4 days only that's the schedule she brought to Rashmi Sharma, when Rashmi initially said yes Giaa signed the contract with jdj then RS said no, but I've explained what happened with GEC and RS having to grudgingly accept Giaa to do Jhalak dikhla jaa. So no rules and regulations prohibited Giaa doing JDJ.

How come no one such as Hina Khan, Sanaya did not do because they respect the decisions of their employer.

You know Gayatri, I was using this argument on Giaa Manek, and I'm ashamed of myself now, that I used it, that Hina Khan and Sanaya Irani dropped out of JDJ when they employers asked them, why didn't Giaa Manek do so, she didn't care about the fans of Saathiya, but the truth of the matter is Jhalak dhikhla jaa was her dream, and next year when SNS is over she would not have been asked again to do jdj, she has said so many countless times I wish it was me when Ragini Khanna did it, if they ask me I will do it, now the she got the offer from them, she was entitled to do both as her contract allowed her to do, but the producer having agreed, then refused, then grudgingly agreed, at that point Giaa thought it was well, then the threats and taunts started to happen, then she had to leave because she didn't like the way the Producer was treating her, but she gave the producer a chance to stop what she was doing by telling her in the letter addressed to her, but instead of listening the producer sees the letter as a challenge to prove Giaa is nothing that any actress they put in Gopi's role will be accepted by audiences.

Giaa never thought RS would replace her, she thought RS would take a few days then call her back and accept she was doing jdj and SNS together. When we ask Star Plus Uday Shankar and Sanjay Gupta and all the SP employees they say it was PH that had the problem with Giaa. Giaa herself also is saying it was the PH.

You know that Sanaya Irani is doing a dance show on Zee TV now. I just feel the PH's just wanted to pull some muscle, and one actress wasn't going to stand for their crap.
