If you have a problem with it then don't talk to him.

He may be a bit of a flirt but as you said he's single and well as long as it's above board where's the problem.

People make thier own choices in life so if you choose to speak to him then it's your responsibility.

He seems to be a pretty normal guy doing normal guy things so he is probably going to chat with girls.

You can always stop him from talking to you.
