I'm sure this is not the first time happening where a main artiste has to be replaced, so we viewers will get used to this replacement as well, provided the replacement is suitable / fit for the role.
Wat sns producers can do is to find another replacement who suits the role of Gopi. Yes Giaa made a choice to follow her dream, but isn't that what one should do? Opportunities and lost chances don't come knocking twice. If Giaa chose to stay but was not happy, it would have reflected in the serial, which might have been even worse.
You absolutely don't have to. My own mom doesn't like Devo as Gopi. But atleast we can not talk bad about the show out of respect to the other actors playing it?
On June 6th Saathiya was the best show ever with a GREAT storyline, I am a true Saathiyanite, I'll do anything for the show, all the characters are awesome - I love Koki, Rashi et all and on June 8th, it was the worst show on the planet and hope it goes to the dumps - I don't care about anyone else except Giaa? That, to me, doesn't sound like a true Saathiya fan.
Thats all. And if you don't want to accept Devo it is okay, but why make posts that hurt her personality, her looks? Call her ugly names? Give me one good reason why ANY aspect of her except her acting should be criticized. And before you bring Anita, I wanted to bring her up too. I hated it when this forum literally tore her to pieces. Called the actress names et all. This is not done. They are there to entertain us and the only thing they put at stake to be judged, is their acting. Say what you want about that - slow, voice doesn't suit, expressions are bad. Fine. But posting rude things on her fb wall, asking her to get lost from Saathiya, she looks like a bitch, a witch, a pig, she's bhootni, devil etc.. Really? What are we 3rd graders?
Be gracious. That's the least you can do. For a show you claimed to love for almost 3 years. Now you call it names and act like sour grapes. Giaa made a choice. She isn't regretting it. Whether she comes back or not is one thing, but why make such painful comments about an actress THAT DIDNT EVEN KNOW she was auditioning for Gopi's role. For HUMANITY's sake, you all couldve gone easy on her.
That is my problem with pro- Giaas. NOT their campaign, NOT their wish to not move on. Just how much they can insult an actress. And please don't say we've insulted Giaa. Because if I bring up the list of names Devo has been called, Giaa will consider our insults as a compliment. And to be honest, I myself have yet to come across a Giaa insult. As far as I know, we ALL (I mean ALL the traitors) want Giaa to do VERY well in Jhalak, She was Gopi and we loved Gopi and soon loved Giaa. We still do. But somewhere the pro-Giaa's campaign to insult random people for Giaa is leaving a very bad taste in my mouth. It really does.
Sorry for this message. Just wanted to get my point across as to what irks me about this situation. Again, it is NOT the campaign to bring Giaa back and it is definitely NOT the fact that you all cannot accept Devo.
