Gopi Gopi.. Pls read - Page 3

has i said always the way giaa act as gopi nobody can do it if it was another girl it would be the same .the way giaa blush ,cry , smile , tears her act all seen natural we would never think it was doing an acting we feel all that along with her .so for me she will never be able to do better than giaa sorry to say it .

hi guys im new to this form previously i was a silent reader.. this is my first post . devoleena is not at all suitable for gopis role . im not against her personally. just i did not like her in gopi s role ..everyone by seeing saatiya understands tht there is no chemistry between the whole cast members.. ok keep it aside.devoleena as an experienced actress atleast she should put some effort..like talking,walking, dialog delivery, leave abt voice its god given we cant change them ,wht ever she has done on day one now she is in the same place ..no improvement .. ok give her some time hw much time?? till she kill the show completely ,...or till sns ends?? .ok keep it aside the first day challenging k , 10 days ok ..but 37 days are completed till same confusion in her.. im sorry im sssooo sorryyyif i have hurted anyone esp devoleena fans..

whose has accept her or see that she is acting more better than giaa they never see giaa as gopi properly they way giaa talk to her kanaji it was also looking true like all her acting but this one sorry she cant do any acting like giaa was doing even her blushing it seen like she is force to do it for me no body can act like giaa as gopi .

guys already given her a chance.. slowly understanded her skills deeply like walking slowly like tortise, crying as if her make up will go off, talking like if someone is pushing her to talk forcefully .seen all this qualities and just quitted ..

Audience had an emotional bond with Gia as Gopi and now no more. SP, PH really killed the character Gopi and whatever they are showing now have no link with the previous Gia as Gopi part.Saathiya is killed by its own production house and casts and nothing to tell about Dev since it is already in grave, no use.

Firstly, Gopi is a well established character since 2.5years, any girl who would have replaced Giaa Manek as Gopi in the show would have to prove herself as Gopi. Generally, the replacements dont work for any shows, the show faces low TRPs and slowly the audience withers away from the show and the show is pulled off from the screens with an abrupt ending.

KSBKBT was the show in which Mihirs character got replaced and was taken over by Ronit Roy and he ran the show "successfully" for 7years, which aint easy at all. Ronit Roy with his brilliant performance force-ably made the audience forget that Mihir was ever played by Amar Upadhaya and Ronit Roy became a synonym to Mihir.l

With regards to giving time to newbie to groom herself as Gopi, well thats very hard. because the glitz world is the most competitive industry as compared to the others. The actors have to make hay while the sun shines. Dev is a newbie in the industry, she doesnt has the experience of carrying a show as a lead on her shoulders. Practically, SNS has been running from2.5years on SP and all the characters are well groomed in the minds of the audience as well as the actors who are playing the role, so its hard for the viewers to accept Dev as Gopi, and topping is her acting capabilities, to prove yourself as an actor, the person has to have brilliant andconvincing acting skills.

1. How many relate to newbie as Gopi???
Ans- well, i dont relate to her as Gopi at all. I hold no personal grudge against Dev.

But, i saw few clips of her previous show on Imagine channel, her character there was of a girl who is out going, out spoken, vibrant and talkative in few words her character in that show was just the opposite of Gopi and Dev was brilliant in it and was equally adorable too. Dev is meant for such characters only and not the ones like Gopi.

2. Newbie justifying Gopis role???
Ans - Not at all, because Dev personally is a vibrant and out going girl and she cant forget her personal vibrancy even when she is acting like Gopi, which makes the viewers (like me)feel that she aint ready mentally to play a strong character like Gopi.

Dev is a newbie in the industry too, her previous show got sacked as the channel itself got jinxed. Being a newbie in the industry, Dev has no experience at all and still she has been given the lead role of a well established show is not any worth at all. Here, the SP and PH team should be held responsible for not getting a right person to play the character of Gopi.

3. Nebie made Gopis character??
Ans- Noways. Not at all. It can be never. Because as I said earlier Gopis character has been well established since 2.5years.

Viewers of the show are used to seeing Giaa as Gopi since 2.5years and also have seen the trials and tribulations of Gopi through Giaa and are thus "EMOTIONALLY" attached to Giaa as Gopi. whereas, with the newbie there aint any kind of "EMOTIONAL" connect of the audience. In the initial days, when Dev replaced Giaa as Gopi the TRPs of the show were pretty good as compared to what they are today, its because the viewers wanted to see who is the "AAPKI aur HUMARI NAYI GOPI VAHU" and when they saw Devs portrayal as Gopi, the viewers detached themselves from the show as they couldnt connect to Dev as Gopi, be it because of her acting or whatever other reason.


4. Innocence, shyness, cuteness, twinkling eyes and dialogue delivery???
Ans- In blue, well this is what Gopi is all about. This is what makes Gopi and with Dev as Gopi all this is missing.

In green, as all the dialogue delivery of Gopi has always been slow adn teh main reason behind it her (Gopis) hesistancy and her scared nature. Giaa as Gopi delivered them well and as per the requirement of the scene (I wont go much in detail with Giaa as Gopi because how she acted as Gopi we all are very well aware of the same)

Whereas with newbie, she is born and brought up in Assam, where Hindi is hardly spoken (Not Devs mistake here at all) so she aint much familiar with the language. Its because of this her dialogue delivery is even more slower, then what is actually needed from the character because Dev actually has to "learn" the dialogues by heart and as result of which her pauses in the lines are wrong too. (Notice this, if you can)


5. Chemistry missing with Devs co star???
Ans - A certain yes. I really cant reason it out, but yes chemistry is missing which is the main reason of a show to work.

If the chemistry between the leads as well as other co-actors of the show is missing the audience stops relating to the characters and as I said earlier the show then withers away.
