A chance encounter with Gopi, thanks to Ahem's aunt visiting, was an oasis in the desert for Ahem.

When he heard the knock he immediately thought finally Gopi had come, having received his message. He was pleasantly surprised to see his mother's youngest sister. His interaction with her tells that his relationship is friendly and sociable, and an aunt he can trust as a friend.

She was quick in admiring him as handsome and quiet, wishing she had met someone like him in her days. This flattery left Ahem blushing to no end. At the same time, his aunt wondered how Gopi copes with two hot headed people like his mum and him. Will this twig anything in Ahem's mind?

Gopi was walking past their room and was summoned in, Ahem was happy to have her with him if only for a few moments. However, the awkwardness between them was thick in the air, making Gopi hesitate in responding about her pregnancy. Ahem's completion of Gopi's answer told of the first small step forward he has taken in apologising to his Gopi for his bad behaviour.

Ahem's heart was in his mouth but was thrilled to bits having his Gopi with him and carrying out his aunt's instructions, to put on a necklace for Gopi. The last time he carry out a task like this was when his mum made Gopi wear all the jewellery all day because she had given Rashi to wear a necklace set that her maji had given her to wear. Then Ahem helped Gopi to remove the necklace, this time he enacted putting on the necklace just as though he had put on the mangalsutra during their marriage to make her his. Does this symbolise a possible turn for better things to come for Ahem and Gopi?

Fear took over Ahem when he heard his mother's voice call out Gopi's name. Kokila took no time to indirectly criticise Ahem in her talk, leaving him to feel the brunt of it. The departure of Gopi with his mum left him feeling hurt and still yearning for his wife.

Will his aunt be the mender to this shattered relationship between Ahem and Gopi, at the same time realign her elder sister?

Swasthi, awesome take and lovely analysis.👏

Koki fire roasting her son but at whose expense?? Poor Gopi is getting grilled for no reason but I wonder will this make her stronger? I personally feel Nope. It is making her more sad and I'm sure she is ready to have a complete heartbreak...maybe even a miscarriage😭. So this Jigna will make Koki see... what wrong she is doing…….. the intent is right but the approach is wrong. She'll teach Koki the right way of doing things including taunting & punishment😛😆

Yes, the chain sure has a lot of symbolism...just as u have mentioned it signifies a better and brighter Gohem future😳. Jigna masi's untimely and unplanned visit will bring the much needed better days for Gohem. She is just like Sookhe mai barish for Ahem. I just loved it how jokingly Jigna pointed to Ahem how Gopi manages the unreasonable mother son duo 😛

Yes, Jigna will bring Gohem closer let Gopi develop a Backbone and fix her sister...maybe mend her Di & Jiju's relationship 😉
I have high hopes from Jigna😳

Great observations again Swasthi..
I hope the Aunt and her timely visit prove to be a blessing in disguise for Ahem at the very least. He is someone who needs an opening to break the deadlock with his mother and his wife. He is in dire straits and needs to grab this opportunity with both his hands..
This is Ahems journey to not only to seek forgiveness and win the love of his wife but also to show his mother that he is her son and he, like her can do what is right when the situation demands it..
How things pan out is another story ...All we can do is hope and wait and watch..

I think waht Koki fails to realise is that by oredering gopi aroound...sh eis not helping her develop self-esteem...wish she would ask Gopi waht goi wants ...

Swasthi,
Brilliany analysis. Mother Son and DIL were excellent.
He got her finally!
I realised that Ahem was friendly with his aunt, so maybe in future he will open up to her to get close to Gopi. He must be mentally thanking his aunty for that little piece of heaven.
Gopi looked helpless when her MIL and FIL were arguing. What can she do?
Her helplessness was the highlight of the episode for me - at the dining table, in the bedroom, having her MIL take her away from her husband. She can't make everyone happy at the same time.
Another Highlight - Parag 😃😃😃 I am proud of him. It's not easy to argue with Kokila. He needs to make his presence known.
Kokila - She saw her husband in Ahem. This is what she has been trying to avoid all these years, but she feels that she has failed at that task.
Ahem was deeply hurt when his mum indirectly talked about him. The fear was written all over his face when he saw his mum. He was helpless too.
I hope this Jiggy can help the modi parivaar. They need to loosen up a bit.😛
Thanks for the analysis swasthi. :)

You are welcome Tina.

Great complementary comments made.

The victim to all the verbal taunts is Gopi. Ahem knows how to deal with his mum. It is Gopi who brings out the emotional side of him. She feels the pain he is going through. Until this is resolved she will continue to be burdened with this. Let's hope the worst, as you mentioned, will not happen.

Jigna will use her fairy godmother wand. How much will be achieved and whom the recipients will be, we will have to wait and watch as this will determine what her real purpose of her visit is.

My pleasure.

Well said by you too.

Ahem has this opportunity let's see whether he makes use of if. It could be likely that Jigna will broach this topic as she could see the strained relationship between Ahem and Gopi.

Much appreciated Mona.

There is much to expect from Jigna in turning things around for Ahem. Let's wait and watch.

Wonderful analysis Swasthi.

Truthfully, I did not watch the show today.

But it seems Ahem is continuing to stay quiet for now, may be waiting for Koki to cool down or for a chance to speak to Gopi.

Hope his aunt brings some positivity to his relationship with his mom and wife, but in reality he needs to be the one to take the step to fix the things he broke and not rely on others to do this for him.

Good one swasthi.
Personally I am a bit confused right now. Koki continues to bulldoze her way thru everyone's life. Ahem pines for Gopi but when he does get a chance to talk to her - he doesn't say anything. He could have said sorry on some other pretext.
What I have always disliked the most in Ahem's character is the passivity in his love for Gopi (except while taking out his anger - that's the only time he finds words to express his "feelings" correctly) - he just goes with the flow, never volunteering to act unless cornered (Gop, thrown out of school, Gopi on death bed, Gopi pregnant).
Even if Jigna brings them closer, what purpose will it solve? Neither of Gohem would learn anything 😕. I would like Jigna to sort Koki and Ahem to act now to come closer to Gopi.
