Koki may be overbearing at times and yes it seems she has the last say.. But she did something right and she stood by being fair to her DIL against her son.. A son who is the apple in her eye.

If you look at her action as a standalone then the argument holds. But the truth is why do people like Urmila and Rashi make Gopi so very less confident in her relationship with her own husband? Even after his words of confession, Gopi still does not feel confident enough of her place in Ahem's life. One word from Rashi and she starts believing that Ahem has accepted her for the baby..
However Gopi's upbringing is such that she will never question others..

That makes it easy for Ahem every time. He makes a mistake and apologizes.. Though with a true heart, it does not matter. The meaning of an apology comes out only if you do not make the mistake again. And you will not make a mistake only if you realize how hurtful your mistake was to others.

Ahem does not realize the hurt his words cause. His short temper combined with that scant regard for his wife in public is not excusable. Koki is a mother.. Yes.. To both Gopi and Ahem.

She stood for the girl who would otherwise never fight for herself. Is it right to come between a husband and wife? Not always but this time, there is no other choice..

Gopi on her own will never stand up to Ahem. Koki will have to do that for Gopi and also for Ahem. He is to be a father.. If he does not learn to respect his wife then the likes of Urmi will never respect her.
To make someone like her son who is almost her own shadow understand and make it up to the one person who has been wronged time and again, an action as drastic as this is needed. If Ahem can be careless with his words without thinking the hurt it causes and if like others Koki also forgives him as easily then where is the justice for Gopi?

Ahem at least now has to realize what he does to Gopi. His outburst without giving her a chance to give her side of the story is legendary. When he is put in the same spot, will he not actually understand his wife better? What is better than a practical treatment.

Ahem has the entire family to side him. Gopi had just Koki.. I guess it is balanced well.. Actually Ahem is in a better position than Gopi to make sure that he makes up for the past😊

A long time in waiting. Let us see if Ahem is able to see beyond his anger and learn a little patience in courting his wife. When things are too easy we tend to never value those.. A little hard work and a few tears will go a long way 😛
