Guys, I don't see why everyone is making a big fuss about this issue.

Gia was asked to choose between SNS or the dance reality show. She chose to go for the dance show rather than SNS. That's not the production houses' fault. There's a reason why actors can't do two shows simultaneously as both shows will be comprimised. Despite the thousand attempts of petitions and emails sent to Star Plus about Gia coming back, it's not going to happen.

Gia made her choice and the production house have tried their best to keep the track running smoothly. I know we are all annoyed and hurt about the character change but really, there is nothing we can do apart from give the new girl a chance.

*Let me add, that Gia was our fav Gopi and will always be, but the truth is, is that she decided that she wanted to go. If the production house made her go, it's a different issue, but she was given a choice.

I sincerely hope you don't face the same insults and bashing other people have faced with by expressing the same opinion.

I agree with you though. Gia is not a victim. SP is not some bully who chose to pick on her to prove how strong they are. Why would they want her to leave if the show is going well and smoothly? It's just more work for them to find a replacement and alter stuff so the audience gets used to her.

SP has a rivalry with Colors. If the contract says that an actor cannot participate in a rival show without approval, the actor can't go against that. Gia knew about this but I guess she thought she would be approved w/out a problem. Unfortunately for her, that didn't happen and she was faced to make a choice. She chose JDJ. If that's what she wanted and believe is the best decision for her, then good for her. People should support and respect that.

I don't think she's coming back either. She might, who knows. But in the past, very few actors that were replaced made a reentry.

Ok, I'm going to go hide now in the traitor's hideout and work on my resume and job application for SP! Feel free to join me if you want!

but production house made a big mistake of letting her to go.. They would have worked with her and would have allowed to do both... now ... quality is slowing going down...

Can't a similar argument be made that Gia made a mistake as well in leaving SNS and pursuing a show that won't air as long? I don't think anyone has made any mistakes, Gia or SP/PH. It's just business and options were given to her and other actresses like Hina Khan. Allowing her an exception would've been unfair to the other actresses so it makes sense to enforce the policy equally.

Quality is pretty good so far. Sure some people still need time to accept the new Gopi and some people have quit the show (which is fine, each to their own), but for the people who are still watching and enjoying, everything seems to be fine (story is good, cast members are doing a good job, Devo is improving, etc).
