giaa WAS playing gopi. and devo appears to be imitating that potrayal, but imo unconvincingly. she's trying but she just doesn't cut it as gopi for me. the essence or spark is missing...she just seems so dull. maybe i would like her better if there were a new ahem opposite her. hard to say...but i'm just not connecting with her right now, especially with nazim as ahem.

I agree with you (even though I know you were joking in your original post) and this is why.

1) I love Devoleena's portrayal of Gopi. I'm not saying Gia was bad. I just think Devoleena is a breath of fresh air.

2) Gia did a great job while she was on Saathiya and she become extremely famous. And now she moved on to JDJ. After JDJ, more doors will open for her. She'll have opportunities to try new things as an individual and as an actress. I even heard that she was offered a cameo in a bollywood movie in the past... If there are so many things awaiting her, why look back?

But of course, if she comes back, I'll continue watching Saathiya as long as it has a good storyline 😊

Just a havan Vidishaa? Obviously you don't care enough. If you truly cared, along with the havan, you would visit every masjid, mandir, church, and gurudwara in a twenty mile radius and pray for Gia's retur- I mean, fame and life. 😉
