And all her life. . i will always be there for her . . to support her from wherever i will be in the world. . . .

Well I wouldn't give up and try on to get giaa back, because I am sick of star plus and the ph taking us for a ride all the time. We are the people who made them successful but in the end what we want isn't important. That is unfair and nothing else.

However if it is true and the contract of giaa stated that through signing it she agrees to not take part in Shows on other channels it is her fault as well. Arguing that sp has let other stars of their's do it before is unfortunetelly no ground for a legal battle. Chances are however that this was not included in the previous contract.

What we should think about however is the Treatment giaa will get when she gets her Role as gopi back. I fear that sp will make her life real miserable if they have to give in to our pressure. Therefore it might Be Best for giaa personally to Move on with her Life and get a new role with a channel and production House, who will treat her with the care, reapect and love She deserves. But that is giaa's decision to make. We should fight for her right to make this decision herself. With that I mean trying to force sp to offer her her old role and then giaa can deceide if she accepts this offer or not.

u are right about the TRP thing...I personally feel Star Plus hasn't awared of Saathiya's and Giaa's popularity in both india and outside india...They may think because of her recent scandal about Hukah palor and her joining Jalak will make people change their mind and stop watching Saathiya...But they are wrong...It's because of the track mainly. we can see the current track is interesting and the fire accident is also worth watching, the trp rose and Saathiya is number 2 on Star Plus and number 5 over all last week...

About the legal thing, i doubt star plus aware of this...

We all know that the older generation is normally not on facebook. . / forums largely . . no offence intended. .

But Just got confirmation From some relatives. . that they have publicised Giaa issue and boycot of Star . . all over their wokplaces. . . (well only those workplaces that usually are full of Star ..esp SNS viewers. . ) Coz I remember someone said that they refer to SNS as Gopi. . at work the first qwustion on a weekday is "DId you see Gopi??"

SO yeah. . .I managed to get the stuff from you guys and compiklation son the whole issue in proper words.. and the issue is under way being made known to all possible even those that cannot be on the forums. . . That shud be easily about 200 pple more on the boycott + more pple will know of this issue. . coz for the older generation that are usualyl at work have no clue why this has happened.. they have no clue what Giaa is going through. . . . so please keep doing all you can ..

word of mouth really helps. . take advantage of all resources you can get use them in the right way to our goal. .
