i know every one are angry at the ostrich neck. here is something for you to get even with her. hope it makes you all laugh.

Prelude to test 3

With two miserably failed tests, anita's spirit was down. She was having second thoughts whether aham was worth all this. She who had enjoyed the luxury of modern life will become a domestic slave. But she soon pulled herself together. She knew this was all kokila modi's doing. Once she gets her hand at aham then she will change the rules at this mad house. She was apprehensive about the third test. With no gopi and rashi in sight, the whole attention of koki was on her. She hated this. With no gopi she wanted to use the time to be with aham. To stimulate and continue their broken love story. But koki was guarding aham like bhootni. Just then the same person came and stood before anita.

Anita forgot her previous behavior of pride and confidence and scrambled to stand before koki.

Koki in a strong voice said: anita today you will not face your third and final test.

Anita heaved a sigh of relief

Koki mocked her: not so soon. I have not finished yet. Today you will face a prelude test to tomorrows actual one. I have told you before. Before becoming aham's patni, the person should become a worthy modi bahu. My gopi bahu is today what she is because she had proved her worthiness not only through hardwork but patience, love, courage and most of all her desire to spread happiness. Today you will take up the role of gopi vahu. So get ready and meet me down and I will hand over your duties for today.

After koki left anita began to contemplate packing and running through the window. But the image of aham stopped her. She will not fail to that b****h koki. She will sntach aham right under her nose. With a determined vigor anita went to meet koki unaware of the mastermind of kokila modi

Kokila was pacing the hall with a victory smile. She had been right then and even now. Anita will never be perfect for her aham dikra. Let alone be a engine, she was not worth to be a goods bogey to the family train. Just then anita reached her.

Koki started her lecture. Okay anita. Today you will deal with all the work gopi vahu does on every Wednesday. Since you are new I will give you extra time to each work done by gopi vahu. And whenever gopi vahu is not at home rashi does her work and vice versa. So I will add little bit of rashi's work to you. This prelude will take you to your final test taking care of aham. So be careful. Here is the list.

Anita took the paper with too much confidence. If gopi could do this work, then she anita who is educated can do it more quickly. But her castle of dreams crumpled the list was as follows

9.00 ' 9.30 : remove all curtains, bedspread, pillow covers, sofa covers, mats, mattress.

9.30-10.00: soak them

10.00-10.30: while the clothes soak sweep the gardern

10.30-11.30: cook lunch

11.30-12.30: wash clothes

12.30-1.00: dry clothes

1.00-2.00: have lunch, clean kitchen, wash vessels

2.00-2.30: relax in the sofa by making flower garlands for tomorrow's pooja

2.30-3.30: replace the house with fresh set of curtains, bedspreads etc

3.30-4.30: prepare snacks for the evening

4.30-5.30: get the dried clothes and iron them and replace them in the store room

5.30-6.30: spend time with baa at the temple

6.30-7.00: prepare tea

7.00-8.00: prepare dinner

8.00-9.00:serve dinner, clean kitchen, take care of leftovers

After 9.00: check the doors are locked, place water bottles at everyone's room, read bhagvath geeta to baa.

Anita was about to faint after reading this list. How can a human being possibly do all this work. When she looked at koki, she merely stated: I will sent meethi with you to show the curtains and bedspreads. And remember to soak, bedspreads, curtains, pillow covers, mattress separately. And if you have dark ones and light ones you should soak them separately.

Anita asked: aunty don't you have a washing machine

Koki was shocked at her atrocity: chee washing machine. We don't use it. we are traditional people. Using washing machine means washing all clothes together. I can't even dream of it. Do just as I say. If you have any doubts ask me.

Off went koki happy that this time too she will succeed

Anita did not know where to start. Finally when the day ended everything was messed up. She had soaked a dark blue bedspread of hetal with a pink one of koki which resulted in the colors getting stuck in koki's favorite bedspread. The clothes were not properly washed, the food was burnt. She did not know to do garlands and had to face the sneer of koki, the tea was horrible. And baa'''..

Anita could not believe it. The moment baa saw her, she screamed, baa actually screamed for help. She said that she did not want her dentures to be stuck again. The dinner for night went untouched. Aham saved the situation by ordering food from outside. Anita was happy that aham showed this much concern for her, she did not know the fact aham did not want to eat the colorless, shapeless things placed on the table.

When anita reached her room it was nearly 11. P.m she whole body ached like anything. She dragged herself to the mirror to start she nightly beauty rituals. Her scream tore the modi bhavan. Because

she was looking like a ugly panda one one side and Yoda of stars wars in the other side.

This is not a competition, but to see if Anita can fill Gopi's shoes, I hope this is how CVs are going to play this. Gopi does not need to prove herself, but Anita sure does.
