Haven't seen the epi yet, but is it true that he was about to turn around to face his laptop when Anita asked😲? If Gopi didn't have the presence of mind, he would have been discovered, not that I would have minded. Does he secretly want it all out in the open?

Poor guy, but this tell how honest he it. He does not lying and he is not good at it all.

He noticed Gopi's worried expression when she came in the room and immediately told her he does not like lying either and promised her he will tell his mom everything. Unfortunately for him she will find out and misunderstand him.
