Gopi was worried for her husband as she saw him restlessly walk in front of the ICU. She knew he was worried for Anitha & her condition of failing to recollect what had happened during the wedding day. Gopi could not see him in such a state but yet she did not know what she could to calm him !!! She wanted to take away all that was worrying him to see him peaceful with nothing bothering him !!! She reached out to him & asked him to take some rest.
Ahem also realised that Gopi was worried & tired. His heart moved to see her being with him though being as tired as he was yet only caring for him. For Ahem, Gopi's well being is his priority in any situation & he asked her to sit down so that she could rest. As he walked back to the ICU, he saw her sleeping against the wall in a very uncomfortable position. His heart tugged him to see her in such a situation just for him & he looked around to see if he could do something to get her to be in a comfortable place. As he realised there was nothing he could do, he sat down next to her so that she could rest her head on his shoulder & rest. As he saw Gopi was awake the moment her head touched his shoulder, he knew she would be scared & would apologise & move away from him & not rest at all. He immediately calmed her by saying, go back to sleep, Im here !!
Ahem's heart desires his wife to be comfortable around him, he wants her to let him know he is needed by her !!! He wants to become her support in every situation, emotional & physical & he wants her to put all her troubles, small or big on him for he is there to just take care of everything related to her & he wants to just see a happy pleasant smile on her face just for him !!! When she moved away from him & rested back on the wall, he felt disappointed as he saw his wife not being comfortable with him yet. He did not know what he could do to break the final barrier between them & make her feel relaxed & comfortable in love with him !!! But the moment her head was back on his shoulder, he look at her & realised this is how he wants to be with her & wants her also to be with him !!! He felt so right to have her next to him, with her head on his shoulder just being very comfortable with him. He was awed by her being so close to him just relaxed & not a line of worry on her face as she slept thru. At that point he realised that he needs to work on his relationship with her to make her feel just this comfortable all thru life !!!
As Rashi suggested the plan of calling Anitha as Nilesh to ensure she is fine atleast for sometime, Ahem felt it was right as he could no more see Anitha in pain. As he felt guilty about what had happened to her & he reasoned to himself that this step will be the 1st step to make her feel relaxed before they could explain Anitha what had happened actually !!! He immediately put the plan into motion by keying his no. as Nilesh on Anitha's mobile & asked Gopi to put it back near Anitha. And he immediately called Anitha to just calm her down !!!
Gopi was shocked as Ahem had promised Anitha that he will bring Nilesh. She worried for him on how will he keep his promise after all that has happened & she also worried for Anitha on how she will react after knowing the truth & how will it effect her health !!! As Ahem asked her to keep Anitha's mobile back at its place, she was suprised as just the night before he had taken it away from her so that Anitha does not get disturbed !!! But as he had asked her, she placed the mobile next to Anitha & immediately the mobile rang. She saw Anitha excitedly & happily speak to Nilesh & she was shocked. The bridegroom who did not care about his bride neither check on how Anitha was doing had all of a sudden called her...she felt that something was not correct & had a niggling doubt that there was more to it. As she walked out of the room, she saw her Ahemji talking to Anitha as Nilesh. It shocked her beyond words that her Ahemji had masked the truth & was lieing to Anitha as Nilesh.
At that point Gopi felt very let down by him as for her, her Ahemji was the most correct & upright person who stood by truth without masking it for any benefit !!! From the day of her marriage to till date she had seen him only stand by truth let it be breaking the hard news of telling her that he does not love her, or standing by her truth that she cannot copy to the kite flying competition where he told her he can never do anything which will hurt others for his gain !!! In her heart he is next to her kanaji & she knows & believes that he will never lie in any situation !!!
Ahem felt very low when his wife in shock questioned him on why he was lieing !!! As she pointed his mistake, he felt taken back & offended that she did not see the thought behind what he was doing. He wanted her to understand that he was still the same person but he was doing this only to ensure Anitha relaxes as the doctor suggested !!! He was feeling guilty that because of him that Anitha was suffering & he felt responsible towards her !!! His wife never questioned him about why he was doing but he wanted her to clearly know why he was doing it & what were his intentions as for him her opinion & support mean a lot. Her acceptance gives him the confidence that he is doing the right thing. He explained it to her that this was just a small way to ensure Anitha is fine & that once she was fine that they did have a need to do this !!! Ahem has lived thru the pain he felt for losing Anitha in the past from the time he had seen her during her mehndi !! As her wedding day progressed he accepted the reality & now no more feels the pain of the past !!! All he feels now is the guilt as he feels responsible for all the misunderstanding which has happened with Anitha on her wedding day & all he wants to do is make sure Anitha is fine & then step back !!!
Gopi knows though her Ahemji's intentions are right, yet for her he was still not doing the right thing by building hopes in Anitha !!! She knows the dreams of a new bride & how hard it would be for a bride to accept them when they break. She thinks the truth though hard to accept should be slowly broken down to Anitha at the correct time so that she understands the reality !!! But as her Ahemji has planned it in a different way, she is not sure on how this situation can be handled & over that her husband had suggested this be kept just between them !!! So will this situation pan out as Ahem had planned or will it thrown in suprises which both Gopi & Ahem will have to answer !!!
