As Ahem looked at the framed holi photograph given by Jigar he did not know when was this photograph taken. And as Jigar left the room, Ahem looked at the photograph where he saw Gopi & him close to one other, smiling happily. He immediately looked at Gopi for her reaction & he also wanted to ask her when was this photograph taken. As he looked at her, he saw her look away from him & not meeting his eyes. He saw her shyness & it bought a smirk on his face to see his wife all shy before him. As Ahem went back to observing the photograph, Gopi walked to the other corner of the room to complete her work. Ahem looked at his wife doing her work & wanted to please her & see her happy smile similar to the one in the photograph. He knew what would bring that sweet smile on her face & he got up to place the photograph !!!
As Gopi looked as her devarji gave her Ahemji the holi photograph, it immediately bought a happy smile on her face, looking at her husband & herself being happily close to each other. But the happiness was shortlived as she immediately realised that her husband does not remember that special day in their life & she immediately lost interest in looking at that photograph. She realised that her husband was silently looking at her , she knew he was looking for her reaction & also asking her when was this photograph taken, she could not look at him as it bought back the memories of that day when she saw her heart breaking in front of her & she immediately moved away from his presence !!!
When nani wanted Ahem & Gopi to put up their wedding photograph in their room, Ahem was least intrested & angry as he did not want anything to do with her or have any of her things in his room. But for the sake of nani, he helped Gopi put up their wedding photograph. Even after nani left & as they continued to live together in the same room, Ahem let the photograph hang on the wall. That photograph was just a reminder of their wedding day, where both knew nothing about each other yet their life's were linked to each other. Today as Ahem looked at the Holi photograph, his heart felt happiness & pride to see both of them together, with happiness reflecting on each other's face as he knew that as much he cares & loves her, she also loves & cares for him !!!
With happiness tugging his heart, Ahem wanted to place this special photograph in their room reflecting the love they felt for each other & see his wife's shy smile looking at it. He immediately got up to place it on the night stand on her side of the bed. As he was about to place it, he asked her for her opinion if he could place it there. Ahem's heart belongs to her & today there is nothing which he wants to call it just his...his love, his thoughts, his room, everything just belongs to her, his love, his wife, his Gopi. With the deep love he feels for her, Ahem has given her all the rights over him & everything related to him & so much so that her opinion & choices matter to him more than his own choice & he enjoys giving her that right !!!
As Ahem placed the photograph on the night stand, he could not stop himself from admiring them being happily together with one another & he shared this feeling with his wife asking her for her opinion. He wanted to know as much happiness this photograph bought him, did it also bring the same kind of happiness to her. As she did not answer immediately, he was taken back & waited for her answer. As she answered agreeing with his opinion, he released the breath he was holding & relaxed. As Ahem could not stop himself from looking back at the photograph, few things started to fall in place over the questions which were troubling him since Holi on what happened to him after eating the prasad.
He realised the photograph was taken during Holi & his wife was with him. He remembered the moment near the mandir, few hours back when all of a sudden, he had a memory of him & Gopi playing Holi and it was after Holi that his wife was upset & at times she maintained distance from him & he started to relate all the incidents one to another. It was now clear to him that on that day he was with his wife & that she knew what happened to him which he was unable to recollect. He immediately walked over to her & shared with her what he felt. He told her that he felt few changes with in him & at times he has a hazy recollection of what had happened & by the time he tries to look at those memories, they just vanish away & he is unable to remember any of them. Ahem continued to share with her that he feels that on that day, he had spent time with her but even after trying hard he is unable to recollect it. Ahem opened up his heart to her & asked her to please share with him as to what happened on the holi day.
Today Ahem feels comfortable in sharing anything which worries him with his wife, his soul mate. He knows that she is there for him & that she would help him in getting over anything which worries him by her opinion & support. With this knowledge, he turned to his wife for her help in helping him recollect what had happened on holi, as he was sure that she would help him. But as he reached out to her for her support, Ahem saw her wiping her tears & say that nothing special happened that day & on the pretext of washing clothes she walked away into the washroom. Ahem was taking back by her answer & tried to stop her by calling out her name. As Gopi did not heed to his calling & walked away into the washroom, it suprised Ahem. He is now very sure that he was with her on Holi & that there is something which she knows about what happened during holi !!! The day Ahem remembers or knows about what happened during Holi & that Gopi did not trust him to share it with him, he will feel devastated & feel very low that he could not build trust in his wife for her to reach out to him !!! This is the day he will be shattered when he will realise how the past in which he had abused her, belittled her & did not trust her, continues to show its effects, even to till today in their relationship !!!
Gopi unable to face the her Ahemji & his questions, walked into the washroom with the 1st reason she could remember. In the washroom, she recollected that day in her life , where her husband had shown her how much he loves her & had claimed her as his forever & latter told her that he did not remembering anything !!! As Ahem reached out to her & shared with her on what he could just remember & how he was troubled by not able to remember any of it, Gopi could not see him go thru the pain, yet she did not share with him on what happened. As Ahem had not yet expressed his love to her for her to understand, she is confused & worried about what he would think if she shares with him that they had become one as a husband & wife. Though Gopi has seen her husband care for her & express what he feels for her in his actions, but the past in which he told her that he can never love her is somewhere still with her & troubles her. And this past is stopping her to reach out to her husband to relieve him of his pain of not remembering what has happened & in turn relieve her of her pain !!! As she does not know that Ahem had bhaang ka ladoo, she is troubled on how her Ahemji can forget those special moments shared between them !!!
But what Gopi has not realised is that her husband needs her support more than any thing else & he has reached out to her. But due to her insecurities she has not reached out to him to ease him out of his worry. The moment she realises that her husband has gone thru deep pain because she did not share with him what happened between them, she will be unable to forgive herself. At this point Gopi has not trusted her Ahemji, her husband, to share what is concerning her & the moment she realises that because of her not trusting in him, he is shattered, she will be hurt very deeply & it will in turn pain her heart to see him go thru that & she will be unable to forgive herself for putting him thru that !!!
As Ahem saw Gopi starting the arti, he felt proud of his wife. The qualities which he did not like in her & give importance in the past are the same qualities now which he is proud of her. He heard her sing with complete devotion & love to her kanaji & his heart tugged him to feel the same kind of love from her. As she sang about she being a Gopi & about her Kanaji, he wanted to share his love with her & in turn claim her eternal love forever !!! As she offered him the arti, he observed her & knew that there was something which was troubling her & that he needs to reach out to her & get her to share it with him !!! Both Ahem & Gopi are in deep pain & need each other to ease them out of that pain they are feeling , yet one due to lack of memory & other due to lack of trust are unable to reach out to one another & share the love they feel for each other !!!
