I also hate the brown suit a lot, but I think it's something to do with the character of Aham, they are matching his personality with his clothes...I'm remembering the teddy bear day, he was blushing when Gopi asked him in front of his mum if he liked the gift, upstairs he said it's not proper to ask in front of mum, and why you gave me the gift instead of talking, though it's a misunderstanding, also the day the other three got high on bhang, he is like don't touch me personality that day of holi, several little things, the rickshaws are dirty, make sure you clean the plates really well before serving the kulfi...so brown suits the character of Aham, not his body shape, his character...I feel the character and his body shape don't match, it would be better if he lost some of the upper body muscles to look nice in any clothes, therefore the brown suit would not be so tight. This is problem with muscles, it's made his body shape off for formal wear.
