I love Ahem today. I know many would hate me for this but i simply love him for his quick thinking put into action in no time.
When he saw his mom talking about kangans gifted to her by baa, he got into deep thinking and realized what it meant to her, he could see the happiness and emotions on her face very clearly. There and then he came up with an idea, an idea that only he could come up with his business minded thinking.
He quickly went to Gopi and told her to order two pairs of kangans on the pretext of giving Rashi a gift. One for stupid Rashi (sorry guys) and the other for her mom. He clearly saw the disappointment on Gopi's face when she realized that he didn't order kangans for her and he knew what she was thinking. He can read all her emotions very clearly now for he can read her like a book. But at the same time, there wasn't a hint of hatred or ignorance or dislike or anger in his expressions. What i could read was only love and just love and i could only see him thinking how to express his love to her.
He has got real far-sightedness now after he has fallen in love. After the b'day celebrations would be over, I think he'll give the second pair to his mom. Either he would expect her mom to give the kangans to Gopi seeing that Rashi has already got one or alternately he may convey to his mom in his own way to give that kangans to Gopi like baa had given to her and thus having the pleasure to see the similar satisfaction on Gopi's face. He wants Gopi also to cherish their memories of married life and now he wants to start building it up for her when he has finally accepted her as his wife. It is clearly evident from the way he looks at her, protects her and supports her every move. His day begins with her and ends with her. He follows her everywhere like a shadow.
This was very evident with the way he told Jigar to just sit down. His way was very commanding as if to say that you do what my wife has told you. Now we are an elder couple in the house and we have the responsibility of taking care of the younger ones. He's finally taken the reins of managing the house, though it's a different thing altogether whether anyone deserves it or not.
I have let myself believe that second pair of kangans he ordered were for Gopi. I am keeping my fingers crossed for i dont doubt even 1% elsewise. I cannot be wrong for i saw him contemplating on something when he asked Gopi to order those kangans and the way he saw her disappointment. What do you believe?
