I find it kind of ironic that Rashi is being condemned for lying to get herself married to Jigar, the main thing being that she lied, when on the other hand if Rashi hadn't lied then GoHem would never have gotten married and the daughter in law that they adore would never have been there's because Gopi was getting ready to break the engagement because of what Kinjal said to her.

So if at any point in the future they decided to impose things on the RaJi relationship because of the fact that it was based on lies then the same impositions should also be placed on the GoHem marriage because their marriage is also based on a lie that Rashi told.

I wonder then does that count for anything because sure Rashi lied to get herself married, she also lied to get her sister married so then shouldn't the two lies cancel each other out? The reasons for Rashi lying were both in her self interest, both negative and don't two negatives cancel each other out to make a positive?

Sorry for my rambling, it's just that this has been confusing me

Gohem marriage is based on lie told by rashi but the gopi and ahem have been true to each other. Whereas raji marriage is based on rashi's lies. Where is the comparison between two???

when did rashi lie??? she acted jigar being innocent doesn't suspect.. sonal saw all this and assumed they are having an affair.. i didn't saw rashi lying to sonal or her parents about the affair.. she doesn't asked jigar to marry her.. eventhough urshi presented a high class drama with a slap included. it was jigar who said he will marry her... his parents supported him. he himself asked for her hand in marriage.. she manipulated the situation but didn't lie about the affair..

That is true traxy if it wasn't for rashi gopi wud have broken the engagement but rashi didn t do it from the goodness of her heart she just used the situation to her own advantage but after she reached her goal didn't she do everything to break the same marriage. Whose to say gopi would have succeeded in disolving the engagement cos remember koki had chosen gopi as her dil so she wud neva have allowed gopi to break the engagement .koki was determined to have gopi as her dil and even ahem accepted that so if it meant keeping his mom happy he wud have convinced gopi not to break the engagement .so it ironic that rashi convinced her to marry Ahem then worked hard to break that relationship and make gopi bad in eveybodies eyes but she became the darling of the modi , now on her way to winning ahem and trying to patch up rashie relationship wud jigar.

Thanks everyone for clearing up that confusion for me, it's been really bugging me and maddy the thing about the negatives making a positive, I was referring to maths.

So this is a math question. Well I work in finance I work with numbers all day long... and I still can't figure it out about Rashi. Coz 1+2 does not = 4 it = 3, but somehow rashi makes it = 4.

That is as much as a lie. The slap and the drama all constituted treachery. They planned to get doubts planted into Sonal. Also they did lie.. To make sure that Sonal thought it was an affair. Jigar's favorite color and all... Even if Jigar had not accepted immediately they would have created another drama to make it happen..Jigar was just the scapegoat.. The nice guy who was caught inbetween. Do you not think all this is a betrayal of trust and everything decent?
