For once, she was glad to get a break; it had been a long day, with all the preparations for the guests arriving the next day. Maaji had told her to go and put her feet up, it was almost a year since the accident, but she had to admit, that even now long periods of standing made her feet hurt. So here she was making her way up to rest a little before dinner time. She entered their room, her haven and plopped herself of the sofa and put her feet up on the table, thinking I will just relax here for a few minutes and then go fresh up before the men come home, if I lie on the bed I am sure to fall asleep.

Just then, her phone rang. "Ahemji?!" "Uhhuh, were you expecting someone else?" "Weeelll..." "Kya weelll" "yeh I was just coming up with something good to tell you but am too tired to think"..."Dont tell me you have been overworking yourself again" "bus, bus baba don't start your lecture again, I am in our room, came up to rest awhile" "ok good to know you have grown a brain" "kya" "just kidding" "Huh mera Ahemji aur masti!" they were both smiling, "anyways its Maaji's orders."

Ahem was leaning against his car door waiting for Jigger while he spoke to Gopi. As he glanced up he saw Jigger in front of him, he smiled at him and said." "chale" "Hunh" "oh Gopi I was just talking to Jigger, been waiting for him we have to go to a site before we get home." "oh! Ok see you when you get home" "Bhabhi I hope there's something good for dinner I am starving" she heard Jigger shout over the start up of the engine just as the phone went dead. No normal byes courtesy Jigger she mused with a smile playing on her lips. They were still formal in front of family, or generally...only free when they were by themselves. Bothe of them were very private and shy people so that suited them fine.

She stretched herself, and gave in to the comfort of the sofa, now for that 10 minute shut eye. She had not accounted for how tired she was and fell into a deep slumber. That was how Ahem found her when he entered the room. Just like her not to use the bed he smiled. He closed the door behind him and walked over to where she was sitting put his bag down and gazed at her for a bit bent down and straightened a way ward strand of hair. He was rewarded by a smile and mmm, with her cheek pressing into his finger, he caressed her check very lightly not wanting to wake her up, and still smiling walked into the washroom to freshen up.

Oooh that felt nice, her right calf had a nice warm feeling to it like someone was massaging it. Her right leg especially the calf still spasm'd at times, so the light pressure on it felt good. It was nice to wake up like this she thought and slowly opened her eyes and was looking straight into his. She tried to sit up and push down her sari that was hitched up past her knees "Ji". Ahem had looked up at the ooh and knew she was waking up. He had sat on the coffee table in front of her pulled it closed to the sofa seh was onr so his legs were flush against it, slightly straddling it. He had settled Gopi's legs on his lap, massaging her left calf; he knew it still troubled her. He held on to her hands firmly and said "relax, don't jerk yourself up" still trying to straighten herself "Ji what if someone.. maa..." she trailed off as he directed her attention to the locked door with his eyes. They both smiled at each other and Gopi giggled thinking back to the first time Ahem had massaged her, even Ahem broke out into a wider grin knowing what she was thinking about.

Gopi relaxed and slipped further into the chair enjoying her husband's attention. He looked at her and wondered how just looking at his wife relaxed him after a long day. She had her eyes closed and was almost purring now, so with a slight naughty look, he inched his hand up a bit further up her leg, passed her knee. She felt small feather touches on the underside of her thigh moving further up "Ahemji" she yelped swatting his hand and sitting up suddenly... "what?" he grinned, pulling her on to his lap with her legs on either side of him. She combed her hands through his hair and they looked deep into each other's eyes. It was amazing how they could never get enough of looking at each other and slowly Gopi bent her head as Ahem lifted his lips up to hers, their eyes closed they just enjoyed the uniting of their lips. As their kiss deepened his hands were at her waist slowly making their way around to her lower back, dipping just a bit into the waist line of her skirt and pulling her further in toward him while still massaging soothingly there. Gopi had now wrapped herself around Ahem her legs around his waist, her arms around his neck, her fingers clasped feverishly in his hair. They seemed to be drinking the life force off each other when they heard, the rattling at the door it must have been going on for some time because they could hear Meethi almost shouting "Gopi Bhabhi, Nani Bhabhi bhoolariye, khaana"... Huh Meethi we are coming... Gopi just managed. They had broken off their kiss but had their foreheads against each other. Ahem smiled slowly, he looked heartbreakingly handsome, she could not still believe her husband was hers, and he found pleasure being with her and that she had so much power over him... "I love you so much Ahemji" she whispered before hugging him tight to her... His head buried in her chest "oh me to, me too sweetheart me too" he breathed.

They broke apart, Ahem helped her stand up, and she went to quickly freshen up, when she came out, he was waiting for her by the couch. She straightened herself in front of the mirror, he walked up to her, tapped her earring lightly with his finger and said" you look beautiful my darling, mere pyaari pyaari Gopi."

They walked down, he went ahead to the table and greeted everyone, and Gopi went straight into the kitchen. As, usual Gopi and Raashi served everyone dinner, the conversation was about the guests and plans for tomorrow. Gopi and Ahem may have glanced at each other once when he asked for some extra dhal, but there was no need, they were so secure in what they felt for each other now. "Bhabhi, Thank you dinner was awesome" grinned Jigger but she did not miss the teasing look he gave Rashi and had to smile. Those two were finally turning the corner. She looked around the table this was her family...Thank you Khanaji she was finally home. She walked back into the kitchen to get some more rice. When she got back the men were getting up to leave and Raashi was clearing the plates as Khaki set one for Raashi and smiled at Gopi because she knew that Gopi ate off Ahem's plate and he always left something for her on it. Ahem bent slightly and whispered "eat properly" she just nodded.

As everyone adjourned for the night, Ahem came by the kitchen for his milk; she smiled and gave it to him. "We are almost done here, I will be up shortly after I wish Baa" He just nodded as he made his way up, he had some mail he needed to take care of before they turned in.
