Gopi back, Rashi back and Meethi?

Rashi is just standing around at this point and everyone is ignoring her, Jigar again says to Ahem that they should go inside, Ahem agrees and they all make their way in.

Rashi looks upset but seriously what kind of reception was she expecting?!

Inside the bell rings and Kinjal opens the door. She seems really happy to see everybody until she sees Rashi. Even seeing Gopi doesn't make her scowl!!

Hetal asks Kinjal to get the aarti thaali for Gopi's aarti - Rashi is happy to hear that.

Modi men and Dhaval rock up, both Chirag and Parag express their happiness at seeing Gopi but no one acknowledges Rashi. You can see Rashi getting upset but sort of shaking it off.

Parag questions Ahem as to why he brought Gopi home!!!!! Ahem palms the blame onto Gopi saying she wanted to go home - yeah like we don't know that you want her back home too!!!

Dhaval speaks up here too and says with everyone looking after her she will get better soon.

I really wanted either Hetal or Kokila to do the aarti, it didn't seem right that Kinjal did it especially seeing how Kinjal feels about Gopi, and although she was smiling at Gopi and respectfully called her bhabhi (though how she would have got away with anything else with both Koki and Ahem there I don't know) her attention was blatantly on Rashi through the aarti. Kinjal looks a little worried here!!

Hetal tells Ahem to take Gopi into the room while she takes Kinjal into the kitchen. Gopi, who sounded quite childlike here, says she wants to go to Kanhaji. Koki looks at her tenderly and Ahem says ok. Chirag says that Gopi isn't the only one going to Kanhaji they are all going to go and say thanks for Gopi being better and at home.

Jigar's phone rings and Rashi is hanging around behind him.

Scene shifts to the temple and everyone is praying, except Rashi and Jigar who are still at the entrance. Chirag asks Koki to give prasad to Gopi, she gets some and Ahem tells her not to give that to Gopi and to give her the panchamrut insteadd which i think is a mixture of 5 foods in a liquid format. (Please correct me if I'm wrong!!)

Koki looks a bit shocked here and the music is a tad too dramatic for my liking. Gopi takes it and Koki tells her to go and rest.

Back to Jigar, the phone call is from work he needs to read a file for some tender. Rashi near him but Jigar turns away and talks to his dad about work. Rashi interrupts them to ask Chirag if she should make him tea - he declines and says he's met Gopi and now he's going to work. Jigar says he'll go after he's freshened up. Without talking to Rashi he heads up to his room?

Ahem rolls Gopi to the stairs and stands there obviously thinking about how to get Gopi up to their room.

Now I don't want to be too pedantic and realistic but surely they've got some bedrooms downstairs? Wouldn't it be easier for the time being to let Gopi sleep in a downstairs room so access is easier for her? Well I suppose if we did this we wouldn't be able to see Ahem carry Gopi up again.

Back to the scene. Gopi says that she will manage to get up the stairs by holding the railing, Ahem quite rightly asks her if she's thinking straight and that he won't let her do such a stupid thing.

ahem then picks her up and carries her to the room (title track playing in the background) Gopi keeps looking at Ahem who doesn't glance at her but you can see he's being affected too.

He places her in the bed and makes her comfortable, Gopi says thankyou to him and he says welcome, then tells her to stay quietly in bed. Ahem leaves and Gopi says thankyou to Kanhaji!!

Rashi meanwhile is wandering around lost and her footsteps lead her into the kitchen!! She asks Hetal if she can help and then notices a stranger in the kitchen - Mani's cousin Meethi who is here. Hetal introduces Rashi to Meethi too - all quite respectfully no one is actively snubbing her or being mean. Rashi again asks of she can help and Hetal declines saying they will manage - Knjal is absolutely loving this!! Although thinking back to how Rashi taunted Kinjal during the whole Umang Elesh thing then I'm not surprised Kinjal is getting so much enjoyment out of it!!

Hetal asks Kinjal to chop the vegetables - how nice is it to see Kinjal doing some work!! - and tells Meethi to give juice to Gopi bhabhi.

Now I'm not entirely sure what it is that made Rashi so shocked and annoyed here. Gopi hasn't magically got better!! She was seriously injured while saving you and it's her first day home, the girl's on bed rest so it will be everyone else who is looking after her and fetching and carrying. If Rashi is going to forget so quickly the words she said to her mum earlier in the day then what was the point of saying them. I'd have expected it to be a few weeks of being ignored and seeing Gopi taken care of before Urmi's words had any effect but seems like CVs want a negative Rashi sooner rather than later. Ok she's upset but does she not realise that she has to earn her place back???

Back to Urmila. I'm getting sick and tired of her complaining about having no money!!! Her daughter is back at her in laws so the major thing she wanted has happened. Now she's crying over money!!! Her husband managed to support a family of 5 on his own prior to the marriages, now that there's only 2 of them it should be easier now!! I can't be doing with this. I like Jhitu for answering her back but I'm not happy that he's not still annoyed with her over the blood.

Gopi is lying in bed when Ahem walks in with her wheelchair and a bag full of treats!! Well it's medicine really. Ahem tells Gopi to sit up and take her medicines. Now Ahem seems to have forgotten that she has a broken arm. Gopi struggles for a while and finally Ahem notices and help her up - I'm not entirely sure why he puts the bag of medicines on her broken foot but I'll leave that for now!!! Once she's up, there's a miniscule look between them but nothing romantic, he gets out the medical notes and pills. He gives Gopi the packet again forgetting she only has the use of one hand, he again notices her struggling and helps her, he hands her the pill and tells her to take it and he will take out the ones she needs to take later. He holds the glass of water to her lips and she drinks it. Now not that I don't enjoy Gopi drinking water from your hands this she could have done without your help. Gopi again says thankyou. A lovely little moment and look here. Ahem sits down at the chaise longue with the bag of treats. Gopi notices the time and says you've not gone to the office. Ahem ignores her and looks a little irritated - be careful Gopi!! But since when does Gopi listen? She asks him if he's not got to go to the office. Ahem is a tad annoyed and says I will go, but why are you asking again and again!! Gopi is upset but thankfully before the atmosphere can become too tense there is a knock at the door.Meethi finally makes it up with the juice. Ahem asks you? She introduces herself again and says she has juice for Gopi bhahbi. Ahem says OK and give it to her, Gopi drinks the juice and Meethi is about to leave when Ahem gives her instructions about Gopi's food. She says ok and leaves.

Ahems phone rings, it is the office. Ahem is getting annoyed at someone about a file and meeting. Ahem tells the guy that he will have to go to the meeting as Ahem is busy with family problems and he can't come. Gopi looks shocked!!!! I don't know why.

Ahem obviously didn't want Gopi to know he was skipping going to the office. He tells her to rest he'll be back in a minute.

Precap

Urmila has turned up at MM and wants to finish the bahu swap from earlier and take Dhaval and Kinjal home. Obviously needs both Dhaval's and Kinjal's money. Kinjal is horrified and even Koki doesn't look impressed.

My take on Ahem. He obviously cares for Gopi - yeah there's a little duty but the guy is stubborn!! He doesn't seem to be able to see what is in front of his face. Now that the immediate danger to Gopi is over he is retreating. The guy needs to make sense of his feelings and fast!!
