We all know that ahem will wake up gopi.
How about the doc says to the family that "its a miracle and it is because of the love between ahem and gopi that she could hear his voice even in coma and woke up. Mr Ahem you really love your wife very much."

A scene worth watching and ahem showing mixed reactions of happyness and embarrassment.

its her love for him, she loves him so deeply that even he does not realize it, but if she is dying then it will be his love for her that will pull her through, no he will not be embarrassed in front of family because he has already shown emotions to them like yesterday his anger. What the family will not be expecting is n even kokila the caring side of aham which they will be shocked about but not comment

That wud be a scene to watch but I doubt the cvs wud do it that way , I don't want anybody but maybe koki and hetal when gopi responds to ahems scolding .these two are the only ppl who appreciate this moment.
