What's with all the Gopi bashing?

I guess the frustration everyone is having is that Ahem is being missed and Urshi have yet to get caught with their tricks.

Viewers just have to keep in mind all the characters point of view that is all. Venting out our frustration is fine as long as it doesn't get out of hand. Also respecting other people's pov is important.

I really can't wait for Rashi and Urmila to get caught. I hate them so much. I am so happy Jigar is not falling for Rashi's lies anymore. I am loving this anger Jigar. 😃

I agree with your point about venting! I think that's what annoyed me, people weren't being circumspect in regards to what they were saying.

I looove Gopi's character.. she is so cuuteee... 😆.. yea she needs to be told in a way she understands... which is not far at all...this recent incident i.e., today's episode, yea she was little bit over abt Rashi, but yea today may be the last chance Rashi, because Gopi just wanted to give her another chance.. She has already told Kokila to forgive her few times.. now she will know what her Rashi is upto.. Once she knows, she will not support Rashi any more, nothing but the truth.. I am sure abt it.. 😃

So, we should take it easy little bit...😃

Gopis character can be annoying cause its to extreme

She is too naive and innocent

Basically, its very hard to relate to her cause pple like her rarely exist in society..i mean there are certain aspects to her personality one may see..but not to that extent

Although Gopi does not know about Rashi and her mom...she did grow up with them...they have treated her badly in the past...

can Gopi not put two and two together to realize they are not good hearted folks?

Gopi doesnt have to gossip or bash them, but can she not just stay out of Rashis mess and let her clean it up?

Does Gopi not realize that Jiggar is not dumb, and that if he is that adamant, there must be a reason to his thinking

After the hospital stunt, shouldnt Gopis eyes open a little?

Your viewpoint is valid but I think we need to remember that serials like this love to show extremes of character. If someone is good then they are GOOD! and vice versa.

Gopi grew up with Urshi but they have manipulated her so much!! We've seen how Rashi convinces Gopi that she is always acting in her best interests. Even though the viewers see the planning and intentions Gopi doesn't.

Gopi knows what Jigar has been told but because she doesn't believe that her sister would ever do such a thing she is adamant that Jigar must be mistaken. If she was to believe Jigar then her belief in Rashi would be rocked.

I think it is that belief that needs changing and only then will Gopi realise the true intentions of people around her.

Also my problem today wasn't with people being irritated and venting it was just the type of venting going on. Felt like a very negative experience to me.

Oh Anju I'm not picking faults!!!

I do realise most of the comments were heat of the moment annoyance at what Gopi was doing in the episode, which is why I thought my post might bring a little perspective back.

There are no bad people and definitely no need to be sorry for airing your annoyance!!

When some characters are portrayed too good to believe, people cannot digest that. That is why so many negative posts about Gopi are popping out in the forum today. In Bidaai serial also when Sadhana was shown as a selfelss person some people could not take that and started bashing her character and filling the forum with negativity. Same is happening here. Don't worry about these bashing, fact is that Gopi is too good to be accepted. I love her character.

I know, but it was weird how it all seemed to be triggered off by this weeks episodes. I don't think it's a coincidence that it coincided with us being Ahem deprived either!!

I hope once we see some GoHem scenes and the whole Rashi thing is sorted out in the ME (fingers crossed!!) we'll be back to seeing more positive threads!!
