Gopi is definitely not dumb, but its her upbringing that's making her do this, She grew up with Rashi, and while Urmila abused her and she fears Urmila, Rashi at times scolds Urmila in front of Gopi, making her think that Rashi is on her side, and all those time she claim to help Gopi with Ahem, she genuinely believed that Rashi had her best interest at heart, she truly doesn't blieve that Rashi is bad.
Even when the Ghost thing happened, when Koki asked her that tell me from the bottom of your heart that you think Rashi was doing this to bring you and Ahem close, Gopi answered yes without hesitation.
Yes thing will now get worst because she will believe that Rashi tried to kill herself, so she will try to interfere even more.
Only person that can stop her is Ahem, by pointing everything out to her and yes order her to stay out of Rashi and Jigar business.
