Ahem overhears Gopi

Firstly took me forever to see this epi! I came back from work got out my laptop and then realised that we had no electricity!!!!! My street had a power cut!!!! Had to wait an HOUR for the power to come back before I could finally watch it!

However enough about me and onto todays episode.

For one scary moment I thought Ahem wasn't in earshot when the lasies were complimenting Gopi!!!!

Just before that Koki had sent him to the carpark to let his dad and kaka know where they'd be - Ahem's face right then was great he didn't want to leave Gopi!!! My heart nearly stopped when I thought Ahem might miss all the compliments and Gopi telling them that Ahemji bought it as a gift.

But the panic was for nothing because he was there!!!! (My heart went back to normal when I saw him but then went into overdrive when I saw how cute he looked when beign teased!!)

Love the lady for teasing Ahem!!!

Hai Gopi khush, Ahem khush and therefore Nazma khush!

I'm pleased your electricity is sorted now! - If mine had gone I would probably raced round to my mums to watch SNS!I loved these scenes ... I loved it when Ahem gave a small look to Gopi when he was about to lookk for his dad and kaka ... I loved his smile on hearing Gopi tell everyone that he gave her the sari as a gift ... and I loved the ladies teasing Ahem.

I thought the CV's were extremely stingy today, two small scenes of Goham only, the best one you described, they didn't give us the scene we wanted of them dressed up and looking at each other in the room before leaving for the function.

It was cute scene but not earth shattering somehow, I'm spoilt now, I want more eye opening scenes Aham holding her hand and blowing at it, Aham jealous and commanding, Aham gifting sarees, Aham acting spoilt because he will be separated from his wife...all scenes the CV's dreamt up but this scene felt like a recycled scene from the other day, before same girls telling her about her saree the only difference is that this time her purchased the saree for her, so he feels content chest puffed out as per his normal reaction when his proud.

I think the whole point of the scene today was to show the juxtaposition of the the two situations. Both Gopi and Ahem reacted in a different manner to what was essentially the same scene.

Yesterday Gopi never opened her mouth when the girls were complimenting her however today she was proud to say that Ahem bought it for her thus showing that Ahem's gift has the utmost importance for her.

Also although yesterday Ahem was proud of the way Gopi looked he didn't really acknowledge it. Today it seemed he was deliberately in the vicinity to hear the compliments. And his reactions spoke volumes.

I agree though that there wasn't nearly enough GoHem today. I think we were definitely spoiled by Mondays and yesterdays episodes. But at least the other scenes are an indication that the rest of the story in the serial is also progressing. Hopefully Monday will show some more GoHem - maybe they'll have Gopi singing a prayer to show what music should be playing at the pandal - and on the sidelines we see Ahem looking so proud and lovingly at Gopi.
