Ok decided to finally continue it...hay there isn't much romance in it and there aren't any GoHem interactions compared to the last one..sorry about it..sorry for any spelling mistakes cz i am too lazy to proofread it today...
'lets get back to work gopi..i'll teach u something different today..' n the lesson carries on..
So that day Aham had brought home some books with maps on it as he wanted to teach her something about other areas in India n the rest of the world..he knew she was very naive n didn't know much about anything beyond Rajkot...So he spread out the world map to her n first showed her India from it..
then took out an India map n then showed her where they lived..n so he started teaching her different places n some small description about the place..n at one time when he told her Goa n she got very exited! n asked 'Ahamji it is where the sea...'
Aham asks 'Gopi so u know about there..so have u been to Goa with ur mama n mami'..
At that gopi became sad n shook her head n said 'Nahi Ahamji..lekin jab hum chotethi rashi ben went on a school trip to goa..n mami also went with her n after they came back rashi ben used to tell me about it all the time..how pretty the beach was..n how the waves came up n how they used to play with it n made sand castles..i always wanted to see it, but mami said they didn't have money to take me with them... ' n then gopi blushed n looked down as she realized how she must have jabbered without stopping..she felt shy as she has never talked like that with her ahamji..or anyone else for that matter...
hearing her sweet voice telling about her childhood n unknowingly revealing to him one more thing she was deprived of made aham to stop and think again..but then looking at gopi's reddened face he decided to put those thoughts away n carry on with the lesson..so after a while he told her to try to remember all the names of the places he taught her today along with what he told about the place...saying this he took his laptop n went towards the bed n started to do his work..
but the actual reason he wanted to stay small distance away from gopi was cz he wasn't in a clear enough mindset to concentrate on his work..he actually wanted to think about all the things he got to know that evening..
in his mind he started to compare gopi n rashi..rashi was so confident, had studied until college n was outgoing, knew english n was worldly..wherein gopi, her own kid sister remained illiterate n so shy n reserved..from gopi's talks what he had gathered was she has never been to the real world outside her home boundaries..
and also it felt strange when he realized the strong hold rashi seemed to have on gopi..he had a flashback of gopi trying to explain about rashi telling her to slow down n then how rashi had given her that furious look and the way gopi's voice had faltered and how she has immediately said that rashi must be correct..'shyad rashi ben teek kehrahi hu..i must have said slowly' even when she knew it perfectly well that rashi had said just the opposite to her at the exam..
with these thoughts in his head he decided to 1st of all get the insight of a third person..so he'll go to the school tomorrow morning n ask the principal..he needed to talk to the teacher who was supervising the exam..
then he was taken out of his thoughts when he heard gopi saying to him 'Ahamji i finished it..' so he looked at her n smiled and asked her to tell everything again...he found a few mistakes here n there but overall she had managed to remember everything he had said about all the places..n when he got to the 'Goa' part..he was again reminded of her words..so when she finished reciting he heard himself telling 'there were some spelling mistakes but it was good..may be after navarathri we can go to goa for a few days..' he didn't realize when he had decided to..but it just came out! n when he looked up to see gopi's face he decided it was well worth it cz it was really a sight to see!!
she had her eyes wide with surprise and stammered 'hum sab?aur goa?will maji..will kakaji aur aap free from office...oh rashi be will love to go with devarji... '
n then aham felt a flicker of annoyance cz he hadn't meant all the family! he was talking about just the two of them! n then he did a double take! 'what in the world did i mean by thinking i'll go alone with gopi!!' he was too confused at that time n so just thought to stall the topic for the moment n said 'i'll think of something..until then don't tell anyone..'
and then decided they had done enough work for the day n called it a day...
the next morning...
Aham after his usual routine got ready to go to office..but much earlier..so koki asks 'aham why are u going so early..have breakfast n go' 'no mom..i have something important to take care of today..so i need to go early..i'll have breakfast at the office.jai shri krishna' then turns towards gopi who was looking at him on the side n said 'gopi i'm going..jai shri krishna' n she replied the same with a wide smile..
so he got in the car n drove towards her school...he walked in to the principal's office n requested for a meeting..once he was granted in to the office her greeted the principal and then asked he needed a small favor..'i need to speak to the teacher who supervised gopi's exam..can i meet him.' principal 'yes..wait ill i call him'
and after the teacher came in they greet each other n aham asks 'i want to know what exactly happened at gopi's exam..i know she has gotten 60% marks..but i need to know how the exam went..'
then the teacher exchanges a look with the principal n says 'well Mr. Modi even we were thinking whether to talk to u about it or not..but then decided not to as Gopi had anyway passed the exam..'
Aham 'What do u mean..'
Teacher 'it is about the person who came to assist her at the exam, her sister Rashi modi..1st of all when gopi started to give her oral test rashi started coughing n then moments later dropped gopi's pencil box..and as the sounds were distracting gopi i had to send her out of the classroom to wait until gopi's oral test finished..
then she was asked to come to write the exam..gopi once she got the paper prayed for a minute or so and then rashi started praying and gopi was trying to ask her to get started and rashi was telling her not to bother..finally i had to put my foot down and ask them to start writing as already 15 minutes had gone to waste!'
at this point aham stared at the teacher shocked and asked 'what?rashi did that?' and the teacher nodded his head seriously and said 'there is more Mr. Modi'
and aham says 'please do continue'
teacher 'then she broke the nib of the pencil twice and made a huge distraction and gopi was asking n asking her to be quick and rashi was telling her to slow down as she had to write..
then halfway down the paper rashi stood up and went to the washroom and she didn't return for over 45 minutes and gopi tried writing with her left hand but was unable to..so she was forced to wait until rashi returned..and then only managed to write a bit more..by this time the time allocated ended..'
by this time Aham was looking furious and was breathing hard..and he was going to shout at the teacher telling 'so why didn't get some other helper to her? or at least why wasn't i informed of this when i came to collect the papers?' but then he refrained himself thinking 'it was our fault in the 1st place to send rashi here..so it doesn't matter anymore' so he just thanks them n leaves..
once he was in the car he was tempted to turn around and go back home and confront rashi then n there as he was angry enough to kill her now..but again tried to think with a cool head that 1st of all 'gopi wouldn't like it if he shouted at her sister as she was very protective of her rashi ben, though the reason behind this was beyond his comprehension..also right now both kakaji n jigar are at the office..i need o tell all of them what happened so everyone will know..' therefore he just decided to wait till he gets back home in the evening..plus he also had a hectic day ahead at the office...he couldn't ignore that either..
so a preoccupied Aham spend the whole day at the office waiting till evening to get back home n get to the bottom of this,..
all this while rashi feels a little worried and thinks "will aham jiju know?but how can he..."so she reassures herself n forgets about it..
in the evening..
Aham, Jigar n Chirag come home and rashi is the one who opens the door..as usual she goes 'ji shri krishna jiju' n ignores jigar completely...and aham ignore her and goes in..then gopi comes in with their tea n sweetly says 'jai shri krishana' and aham smiles at her and replies the same...a happy gopi go about doing her work until dinner time is over..and aham decides that this is the correct time to confront rashi..but he didn't want gopi around when it happened as he knew she'll get hurt with whatever he'll say to rashi as for some insane reason that stupid girl adores her rashiben..
so he says to gopi..gopi leave the cleaning and washing for now and come upstairs with me..u can come back later and finish all this..i have something important to do later on..
so he takes her to the room and gets her to do some exercises and a list of activities that'll take up at least one hour to complete..and says 'gopi until i come back in to this room and tell u, specifically that u can go u r not going to leave this room..u have 2hrs to complete this and think it as ur 2nd test..'
(My Note - btw i'm assuming she can write again at this time..lol)
so he finally closes the door to his room and goes down to where all the other members of the family was still enjoying their deserts...
n he says "i need to talk to all of u about something"..and rashi thinks to herself 'wow is ahamjiju thinking of getting rid of the gawar? may be he is fed up of her now!!' but her thought process stops once she realizes that aham's angry gaze is completely directed at herself..
and Aham says 'well yesterday gopi's results were back and as u all can remember i wasn't satisfied with the results as i felt she could have at the least gotten 90% of the marks..'
koki interrupts 'what is this Aham? are u still after that? she has passed this time n i'm sure next time she'll have 100% for the test'
Aham interrupts 'let me finish mom...the reason i was disappointed was cz i knew gopi was capable of doing it better...and today i found out that due to someone else's fault only she wasn't able to do the exam properly..'
by this time rashi gave a terrified look to aham n started praying(for real this time) that 'please don't make him say anything about what i did at the test...' but for her bad luck aham continued 'last night when i tested gopi on the paper again she managed to answer well within half an hour so i started questioning her and she said rashi told her again n again she was telling too fast..and proceeds to say all she said about the test the previous night..' and then glares at rashi who says 'ahamjiju gopi is lying as she wants to impress u..but really..' then aham raises his voice n says 'enough rashi😡' then realizes that he is shouting and gopi might hear the raised voices..so he lowers his voice to a threatening growl and asks rashi 'so gopi is lying? ok what about this..are u telling me the principal of gopi's school and the teacher who supervised were also lying abiut everything?'
and rashi tried one last attempt at defending herself by saying 'what are u talking about jiju? i didn't do anything..why would i do anything like that..'
aham replies 'i don't know the reson..but today i went to gopi's school and...' he explains to everyone what he was told by the teacher who supervised the exam...
and by this time rashi was feeling the heat as both Jigar n Hetal were staring at her with a horrified expression on their faces while koki looked angrily at her and said 'i thought as much..but wasn't sure how to prove it..aham dikra today i'm glad that u found out about all this..'
jigar comes near rashi and with barely contained anger asks her 'rashi why did u do it?' and when she does't reply holds her tightly and asks 'today answer me rashi..u can't avoid this time..why did u do it to gopi bhabh?😡 she always care about u so much..why did u do it?' rashi tries to stammer 'jigarji i didn't..' and stops when she sees his furious expression and realizing that today he was not going to relent her...
then she quickly turns towards hetal saying 'mummyji look jigarji is not believing me..' and hetal for the 1st time says 'how can jigar believe u? non of us do? what i can't believe is u actually did it! what wrong did gopi do to u rashi? anyway why does it matter to u if gopi passed her exam or not? isn't she ur kid sister? hoe could u do this?'
now rashi was getting desperate and pleads 'i didn't mean to..i just got locked in the bathroom..and i shouted and only after a teacher came and opened it i got to come back to the exam hall..'
Finally seeing no answer to all this Aham decides enough is enough and goes near rashi and holds her from her upper arm and turn her towards him roughly and says to her clearly 'rashi this better be the last time u meddle with gopi's things..and the last time u disrupt her studies..i'm personally going to make sure of this..just stay away from gopi'
and while rashi stayed shocked at the authoritative way he was talking to her aham continued telling 'also what happened right now better stay here and away from gopi's ears..do u understand rashi?' and he'll roughly let her go and turn to the others n say 'it applies to all of us...gopi doesn't need to be reminded of what happened in the exam..bu ti want all of u to make sure that rashi no longer meddles with gopi's work either studies or otherwise..'
jigar says 'haan bhai teek keherahi hu..rashi don't u even try something like this again..' and he quietly tells to her 'for now just remember thsi..i'll deal with u later when we are alone..'
and hetal and koki agree with aham...
so finally after having the confrontation across aham realizes gopi must be waiting for him to come back..and turns to go...
after taking a few steps he remembers what he said to gopi the previous night about taking her to goa..so he turns to his mom n says 'mom after navarathri ends i'm taking gopi to goa for a few days..' and turns towards his kaa n says 'i hope i can get a few days off from office..' n while koki beams at him saying 'that really is a great idea as gopi definitely deserves a treat for passing her exam!'
n chirag also gives his consent and jigar enthusiastically says 'oohh bhai what a wonderful idea!! just u and bhabhi..it'll be great to spend time with her alone..'
and aham flustered and says 'jigar i'm just taking her so she can get a change..and she deserves a gift for passing the exam as mom said..and as i also worked all year thought i should get a small break too..'☺️ n jigar smiles slyly and says 'ok bhai whatever u say!!'😆
and rashi being rashi turns to jigar and asks 'jigarji can't we also go with gopi and ahamjiju' and aham, jigar and koki all at once say 'NO!!' and rashi looks around at the collective reply and says 'i jus thought we'll also get a change...' and her voice trails off as she hears koki thundering at her 'rashi u really don't have any shame do u? and as for u going no u'll not as who'll do the house work when gopi vahu goes away with aham? so u are not going..'
and jigar says 'anyway kakiji i don't want to go anywhere with rashi..i rather go to the office and get my work done..'
so having the reassurance that no1 is having any objections anymore Aham says 'ok then it is settled and i'm going to my room..'
and he turns around and eagerly walks up to their room where his wife was waiting for him to come...and waiting to give her the news that they'll soon be going to goa...he realized that though he was reluctant to admit it infront of everyone he really was looking forward to the alone time with gopi..cz he had never been to anywhere outside alone with her...it was going to be very interesting to see how his shy wife will behave when they are all alone ans she hasn't got her load of housework to run to...
ok that is it..sorry if i disappointed any1 as this was more about clearing up what rashi did rather than a gohem interaction...
