he obviously wants to today...I can see twice he approached the first time she turned away to go to the kitchen and then the cell phone of his rang so he had to pick up...his shy.

I think Kokila will interrupt Rashi before Aham has a chance to wish Gopi in front of everyone but he will do so in the pravacy of their room.
