Would be great if after Rashi says ahem jiju has not wished Gopi b'day ... then there is a knock on the door. A man at the door with a parcel and asks for Ahem Modi. Ahem collects the parcel turns and goes to Gopi and says happy birthday and gifts Gopi the present.😊

Rashi would require an ambulance and the household escorts her to the hospital leaving Ahem and Gopi to celebrate the remainder of her b'day on their own 😆
