I feel happy today as I had fish for lunch, I bet you feel good full of energy with the vegies...but fasting in hot weather must be tough.

oh what i am use too i love it at that temp when we come to the uk n see all that gora wearing vest at 22 the girls n i say they are crazy as for us its cold
