I thought it was awesome when Aham took her out with him n asked her to let go of everything in her heart n say it aloud..that girl really needed to do that..to say out loud that she is hurting..n share the pain in her heart...she just keeps in too many things n her heart without letting anyone know..

but my problem with Aham is once she started crying holding on to him halfway though he stopped her..he didn't wait until she cried herself out...
wish he hugged her back too..cz for second i thought he was going to hug her back but he didnt..

but anywa i don't have much complaints cz what he did seems to work..gopi looked a lot more calmer once they came back to the car...

How can one expect Ahem to behave otherwise when Gopi acts like an overgrown child. To develop closeness, there has to be some matching of views, some dialogue in a calm manner; when do they have a decent conversation; Gopi is always shown as cowering in fear and incapable of holding her views.
The character of Gopi is great and makes the show worth watching, but there has to some decent conversation between the leads to make their relationship come alive; I am not surprised at the wooden look given by Ahem most of the time. Gopis is shown as serving him rather than as a companion.

Time to makes some changes to how Gopi is depicted.

as much as i agree with ur points i doubt they'll actually do it..the USP of the show is Gopi's innocence cz as u said 'that is what makes the show worth watching'..
so it'll have to be him falling for who she is rather than her changing her core self to suit him..
she is scared of him since the day he raised his hand on her, cz before that she was just a shy young wife like any other..so it'll be up to him to calm her down to behave normally with him cz Gopi's real self comes out only with Panna or with that other kid in the mandir scene..(even Aham was taken aback when he saw her conversing so casually n teasing the lil boy in that instance)
Aham will find it a lot easier to fall in love with that chirpy happy Gopi rather than this scared one..but it'll be in his hand to bring that one out in to the open...

Another missed opportunity. She said she was happy about the fact that it was her BD, but when she found out its her parents Shrad, how can she be happy?

What she should have said was I was happy, until Rashiben told me its my parents shrad. He could have questioned her, who told you its your parent's shrad.

So in yesterday's episode Ahem was not there when Urmila claimed, Gopi has been like this since childhood about her birthday. Today Gopi tells him she was happy until she found out about the shrad.
CVs are really smart, there will be no connection in anyone's mind.

Will Ahem tell Koki what Gopi said? I doubted very much, but if he does, Koki will put two and two together, but what will that do? Nothing as usual.

I wish the CVs would get on with it already, this inconsistency is getting to be little too much now.

CVs came up with Ahem taking her out for only one reason, so that while they are gone, the family could plan a surprise BD party for her, other than that I don't see how anything changed.

Gopi cried, talked about her parents, which was already done yesterday, a non-hug, a handkerchief to wipe her tears again and another Thank you for Ahem (she is getting much better with it). And a car ride, where they both sneaked a few looks at each other.

i totaly agree with you,on the one hand i was happy becasue rashi-urmila were fuming at everything around them but on the other i was actually a bit dissapointed because in no way did ahem taking gopi out progrees towards thier realtionship not did it help to move the story as a whole foward.. it would have been better had gopi spoke to Ahem instead of just talking she should have started with Ahemji main khushi thi kyunki...and had they had a conversation of Gopi opening her heart out and Ahem advising her etc..it would have been more effective.
yet again rashi and urmila will get away again...
@bold when i was watching i was screaming in my head that say rashiben told you...

True on that, at least he tried to calm her and get herself out that environment in which Rashi put her.
