This is the Story of Gopi,an illiterate girl with a heart of gold, and a soul of purity who overcomes her flaws, and punishes those who wronged her, and in the process reforms the wrongdoers

All the characters are the same, and the story is intact from may 31st, 2011. From then on the story shapes up differently.

Part 2

Next Morning:

Modi Mansion wakes up with the daily aarti sung by their Gopi Vau. As they came down, they saw Mani filling up the dining table with a breakfast filled with a favorite dish of everyone. Enhancing the aroma of breakfast was Gopi's welcoming smile. After breakfast was cleared, Gopi went to Koki to discuss about lunch and other remaining chores. She in the meantime has neatly packed a few sarees, her Kanha ji, and the shagun money that was given along with the necklace taht Koki had once so bought with so much love for her. Gopi was not a materialistic person, but leaving the necklace behind would mean that she is leaving, returning her mother-in-law's love; and was one thing that she could not do. She carefully placed her bag hidden in the front lawn and went back to business as usual. After spending sometime massaging Baa's feet, she went to enquire if Koki and Hetal needed anything. As the day progressed, Gopi's resolve strenghtened as well. She knew very well what a Herculean task she had at hand. Even the evening dinner appeared to be a rich 5 star restaurant buffet. th ebuffet all the rich Gujrati dishes along with a few signature enhanced dishes of Gopi's like her special methi theplas. Gopi felt content seeing the smiles on everyone's face, and yes including Ahem as well. He just just kept a small smile which escaped his lips once in a while when he eyelocked with Gopi unintentionally.

As everyone retreated to their rooms,Gopi cleared up everything. She even dismissed Rashi and teased her to go spend time with Jigar. Rashi just gave a small forced smile hearing Jigar's name, and left been given the much sought after break that she wanted.

At night, when Gopi came in her room, she saw Ahem fast asleep. she took his photo out of the frame, and silently came out. As she going out she saw Kokila's room and peaked into it. there lay her parents-in-law who became her parents in a rightful sense. She did a pranam to them from far, and a few tear drops escapd her eyes knowing how much her saas had tried to patch things between Ahem and her.

Gopi made her way out of MM, and picked up her bag. She took a one last look at the house that was to be her home till her breathed her last breath, but alas destiny had other plans for her. Silently crying Gopi headed out on the road.

Wow ... Gopi taking care of everyones needs - so selfless as ever.
