I think that Narpat ji is saving his brother (Manno Bhabi's husband) who may be, looks like him when he was young. Narpat ji don't want to tell his Majboory to anyone so i think the secret is somebody else.

I also am hoping that it would be a double...

But Narpat reaction is disappointing me. He is moving like he really committed a crime. Hiding from Saloni, Take crap from Kaveri. Now he could speech her off. He has nothing to lose.

Hey man act like a criminal you are going to be treated as one.

He could go to Brijesh or Bhaboo.

no narpat had some other point. manno bhabhi's husband doesnt resemble narpat as he has already been on the show

may be kshama's parents didnt want Narpat to marry her, however whatever his majboori had been, he should have married Kshama,, because he knew she had conceived. If the guy was having physical relationship with her and didnt want to dump her, he should have married under any circumstance.
