I want to believe the gun was evidence in the case. Since it was empty when the judge attempted to use it.

Gun was lying there all the time as they showed it several times. the gun was evidence since the accusee shot her huby with that gun as he was going to burn her alive.

i was kinda confused coz in the update it said the judge took the gun so i thought that he must have had it in his pocket and he puled his own gun out.
