neel's come back

just a question in my mind - neel came back - does he not have a job or what ? y'day was the first episode after neel's come back in the US. beause he was saying nisha's father that he get b'fast and dinner at his house, n lunch with nisha and he will spend the money for the patients? where does he work? or he is still a musician? i did not get that?
