Is this worth giving a thought?-Kuki

Hi Friends

I have been seeing Kuki Kaki for the past 2 days now... The more i see Apara play the blind woman, i observe this more...

I dont know why, but i am not happy with the way Apara Mehta acts like a blind woman... I mean, a blind woman will never look down, a blind woman will never turn her head exactly where the person is.. and above all, a blind woman will not give so much of eye expressions as Apara does...

One thing that is really confusing is that, is Apara made to act like this? Or is it that Apara has not got the acting right? I agree that as the story progresses, it might be shown that Kuki Kaki is not at all blind.. But what concerns me is that, if this is the case, then i would feel that Apara did not give her best shot playing the blind woman, bcos her acting and eye expressions never give a feeling to the viewer that she is blind...

So what is it that is happening in SP? Is this a folly in Apara's acting or is it that the writers and the creative team have asked her to wantedly act artificially? Trust me, no offense to Apara fans... But her acting is so unconvincing as a blind woman that i could not resist writing...

Kuki kaki reacts like a person who can see everything. Now It is possible that they are missing out all this. or apra is not acting properly. But both of them seems wrong. especially apra's acting. she is a good actress and would not miss so much.

The only explantion I come up with it is that they want us the viewers be aware that she is not blind and fakinf and she is acting blind to get entry into the singht household and win them by sympathy at the same time keep an eye as to what is going on and then strike.

Yes i agree to what u say.. But if the creatives are trying to confuse the audience with the thought whether kuki kaki is blind or not, then i feel Apara should have given a better performance... I mean apara is such a senior actress, acting runs in her blood, she is from the theatre too... I am totally shocked that Apara cannot get the nuances of acting as blind...

I totaly agree with you even para counting money with door open is not lke her. Too me it seems like they definately want ppl to know that she is not blind. she pretended to act blind to gain sympathy of Nahar to come to his house for revenge.

But you are absolutely right about apara acting this way is not like her at all. she should have done better acting as a blind lady. It is like a big blooper either by Apara or by creatives.

BTW Sp creatives have tons of bloopers and this is not their first time.

Actually I couldnt observe as my attention was on the cake😉😆

yes thats true but most actors perform this poorly .Visually impaired peole look upwards and talk, although they do sense the direction but its not as perfect as Kakisa (Apra) enacts. Facial expressions too are less visible and the voice assumes a larger role.

I dont think she is made to act and cant be pressurised since she is a popular Balaji actress therefore commands respect. Its her interpretation most probably. May be she is enacting to show the audience that she's not blind but its too obvious which is jarring. Else she is unable to deliver effectively.

Earlier we did have Nivedita playing Urvashi Jiji and she did perform brilliantly 👏so I wldnt say its creatives/writers.. so the onus lies on the actress. May be its the first shot and with time she gets it right.😊

I think Kuki Kaki is def. acting. I mean her gestures prove she isn't blind. It's really wierd how she's acting if she's not blind
