Please do not say people do not appreciate "updaters". It is not an easy job and I myself can not do it even if I try. Like someone said earlier anything in excess is not good. plus the purpose of the update is just the update. Yes you can make it more interesting but also take others interest in consideration.
This is like someone telling you a story but their own version of it. it is that simple and not a big deal if thats the only way you like it to write. It is not a big deal for the reader as well to pick and choose what they like...I just expressed (in my opinion nicely) my views..
thats all..which i thought as SP member everyone can do it..

Once someone was not happy with small updates and I wrote at that time too supporting the "updaters" that it is not easy to even write few lines for people everyday..So we all always support updaters and love them too..

But also give us small right to express ourself. I am not trying to shoot anyone here :) just giving an honest opinion. thats all..

your warning is still 0 dear. and topic only closes down when it turns into argument. and aggravates ppl. bcos we want peace and harmony in the forum.

sree, you didn't offend anyone. I don't think it's fair when people tell you, "Don't put your comments in." They don't realize that an updater has spend so much time on just one update. It takes like 2-3 hours on just one detailed update. right?

i definately think that comments or no comments should be up to the respective updaters.
they are only doing us all a favour....they don't get paid anything, so why not let them update us how they feel is right instead of dictating to them how/what we want!
and if you don't like updaters comments, don't read them, or better still, view the video (no offence anyone!).
but personally, i love comments in between...its a good sense of humor, makes my day! 😳

Thank you Sakhi for making this poll,so that to know who wants comments with the update and who dosen't.

My opinion is that an update without the comments of the writer or Autor will have no taste.

I dont post on IF very often but i do read several updates every day and I must say that I ABSOLUTLY ADORE AND LOVE THE COMMENTS put in by the updaters. I loved raj's munna bhai comments bcuz they made updates about even a boring episode more fun. One more example is in the Kyunki forum...the updater always adds witty comments that make the update soooo much more interesting especially when the story has no substance at all. PLEAAAAASEE KEEP THE COMMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks didi...I just wanted to know peoples true feelings before doing update...

I'm posting in this forum after a veery long time, but I do read updates daily. I do not write often due to lack of time. But today I felt compelled to write here. I think this poll itself is a wrong idea and I was shocked to see the results. 😡
I sincerely apprciate all the hard work done by updaters and feel it should be left to their descretion whether they want to add their comments or no. They are the ones who are spending so much time for us and who are we to even suggest (even if it is in a polite manner) that the updaters should not add in thier comments? If you do not like comments do not read the update, simple as that!
Updaters, my sincere request to you is to enjoy what you are doing and do it the way you like. You are already doing a lot for all of us and there is just no need to change your updates for convenience of some selfish members.
