When did Dheer change?

Hello everybody! Could someone please tell me when and why did Dheer change into a positive person? I've been out of touch with the series for a while and only recently started watching it again...Please please!!!😳

I don't think he has completely transformed himself into a positive character as he's an evil in disguise......

well i dont think that dheer is that a bad person. hes just a bit greedy. and to top it all nahar, brijesh and his own wife never really trusted him..owing to his careless ways.

and it was for the very first time someone i.e saloni gave him a real responsibility and showed confidence in him..

i guess it was this trust that made him change his ways.

it was the first time that someone showed confidence..
it's a different thing that he keeps flirting with kaveri and he gives all the 'news' to her.that's a bad thing..
