Kruthi In real life it is possible too. As you love some one you accept their flaws and forgive their mistakes. yes it makes one very angry. But then our culture teaches us to accept our partner with all their flaws and forgive and forget their mistakes. some times you have to forget your self respect. and think about what is at stake.

I agree that culture is a big factor, but u can't just loose ur self respect like that. true, they will show that in serials, and it might happen in real life. but i still don't agree with it.

kruthi you are young and raised in diffrent environment. So I know the way you are thinking. But trust me I beleive in self respect too. But when you love some one so much self respect becomes secondary.
