Possibly... I am almost positive that Neel is the cause of this distance between Saloni and Nahar, but I am not 100% certain of the Devika/Chandni slant. What if it really is Chandni and not simply a look-a-like. Or maybe it is some girl who has had surgery done on her face... lets wait and see! 😉
