I agree with you maybe jiji had a big crush on brijesh but tara was married off .... she became loco... and after her marriage when has came to stay by them so saw a opportunity to get him.....

i was at college but now i'm here. okay. I think that once upon a time tara and jiji's family had money troubles. To solve these Tara's dad got jiji(the oldest daughter) married to the person of his choice in hope that this would get them some money. When Tara got to marry the guy of her choice, jiji got jealous and blew up at the dad. Ever since then he probably knows that jiji would try to get back at tara but he never told her. This is just my prediction. What do you guys think will happen to Narpat's fly?
