This serial is definately going ekta way or to the ash tray. First urvashi marries brijesh . Tara defedns action in front of Saloni's parent saying it is contract marriage. Brijesh is not some low life. Then she tells urvashi she is badi bahu of theis house now.

Now Shubhra married to neel is not ashamed to admit that she has karan's child and she is going away with him. My god are these our values? Is our society has gone this way? I am shocked?

The saat phere that was based on morality now openly showing lessons of immoriality,making the mockery of saat phere that it stands for.

That is not true people still cares for sanskars and values and teach their children the same. But I did not expect serail like saat phere to keep on showing extramerital affairs, illegal marraiges and a wife boldly talking in public about going away with lover.

absolutely agree with you...the story has gone real bonkers...they want to show saloni as devta, and she faces problems from all corners...at the same time! how melodramatic!

as you said, serial makers forgot indian values....worse than bold n beautiful types soaps...

I agree with all your views. They are making a mockery of our values. The least they could have done it is to name the serial just Saloni ka safar instead of Saat Phere.. as there is less about the values of Saat Phere and more about Saloni's suffer (ing) !

I read somewhere that the director is coming up with another serial titled "Saptapadi" in some other channel which I am sure will be something that trashes age-old values that we are associcated with.

I hope now that they have done so bad. They make it up by showing shubhra suffering and Urvashi suffering real bad. Shubhra is Nadan. But urvashi is commiting worst sin by ruining the whole family and sending her toward insanity. The message should show loud and clear you can't get away by commiting sins. Marriage is an institution not some set of conviniences that one can make or break according to one's selfish motives.
