She did lose her previous prengancy. Since Chandani stabbed* her with sissors cause tara to fall etc. They showed all this when Nahar's trial was going on

chandini got jealous thinkin that Nahar had feelings for tara so she took what looked lyk a leaf trimmer and ramed it in2 tara's stomache and tara ended up losing her child.. this happend when chandini fell off the cliff...
