why can't samar divorce kaveri

Samar probably is some kind of idiotic moron. If he is so much sure that kaveri is not going to change, then why can't he divorce her.

Probably he will bring her back to his house again just to make sure that she won't ruin saloni's house, instead he wants to ruin his own. And I am sure wherever kaveri is, there won't be any kind of relationship exists.

And I really don't think one small deed from saloni will change kaveri forever. If we think so, then we are really fools. If she really changed, then I am sure the storywriters are real fools.
