Wow feels nice to sit back and relax! 😳 😃 (Jaspreet will be doing the update).

Just sharing something abt today's episode.
Star of the show was no one actually but still āļø Kaveri āļø for instigating Shubra 🤢 , scheming with Karan 😔 and insulting Tara. 😭

Overall it was a good episode with no precap! Good becoz something set me thinking and I thought of seeking different views.

Kaveri tells Tara that she is a "Banjh" so cannot participate/perform in/the 'goud-bharayi" function!

Do you believe that it this is appropriate keeping in mind the respect for social tenets & belief? Pl give your views in accordance of this.

Awaiting to know various opinions. šŸ˜›

If a woman isn't able to conceive it isn't her fault.... and to blame her for this is not right.....and kaveri portraided a typical way off thinking and blaming in the society......

This is a very sensitive issue for me.As I have been subjected to this.I had a mis carriage few months after my marriage. I was put in the same situation by my own nanad and my jethani(couisn's wife) bcos we did not have children for few years after my miscarrage as my husband was worried about my health and was worried about 2nd miscarriage.
I was not told exact same word baanj but that I can't have chidren. so many times. I would cry so much listening to this and cry every time I get my period. It is not easy for me to say this..But could not convince him for a while to have a child. And when I got pregnant with my son I had the most difficult pregnancy with bleeding and my husband telling me not to have another child ever bcos he could not see me in so much tension.. Thank god everything went ok and I have most precious gift. My son.

But I exactly know how it feels. I have to say bravo to saat phere for bringing real issues that we women face even in today's world . and How we are put down by our own kind.
Kaveri has no right telling tara this. She is not a mother either..

Hi Raksha, it is really sad to know that you have gone through so much in your life. I have a really loving family from my in-laws side and I never had to listen to anything like this. It feels strange to me how people can say such hurtful things.

Coming to Kaveri, she only knows how to hurt someone's feelings. I think she cannot digest her food unless he has made anyone feel bad.

Bravo for the serial for bringing up social issues which plague our country.
Just like widowhood, or being a spinster, being issue-less doesn't make any woman any less a woman. But the irony of the situation is that in most cases, though a woman is supposed to be the "shakti" according to our scriptures, she is ill-treated and abused mostly by other women in the family or in the society! (ramas, I understand and sympathize that you had to go through this, but at the end of the day, this probably made you a better woman!)

Why is it that a woman's fate blamed if she is child-less.. its not as if she doesn't want to be a mother! And being a mother doesn't mean that you have to give birth to a child, even when a child is adopted and cared for, that's motherhood, infact, its much more precious, than the mother who just gives birth and abandons the child!
Motherhood is the unconditional love and the values that you instill in your kids..the hand that holds you when the going gets tough.. the security blanket thats always there to turn back to, its much more than just giving birth. I am reminded of the incident that I heard sometime back about a teacher, who is a spinster, who takes care of a boy (who was a poor child...his actual mother died of cancer and father was a drunkard) and guides him and today he is a well-to-do and respected doctor. Thats motherhood...and I salute this kind of motherhood... thats woman as a "shakti".
And obviously Kaveri, and the likes of her in our society are a disgrace to this "motherhood".
