Yes it is coz of chandani coz apparently when Tara was pregnant, Chandani stabbed her with gardening scissors causing her some serious injury which has left Tara without children for life.

i think tara was pregnant and chandani attacked her with a grass cutting thing causing her to miscarry and now she cant have kids
