While doing her graduation, she had entered the 'Femina Look of the Year' contest in the late nineties. She was also a national-level roller-skating champion, and that explains her well-toned athlete's body. In the ongoing serials CID-Special Bureau, she plays a forensic expert. She also anchors a show on Bollywood and has played 'Isha' in Kkusum. She has also acted in other TV serials i like Ghar Ek Mandir and Bandhan.

She is known as 'Ash' in Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr, but was first noticed as the vivacious girl who danced on the railway platform in the Tata Tea commercial. I would like to know more about Shewta being national champion in skating. I skated 15 years of my life and was on nationals all the time.. can't remember seeing her..or hearing the name. I am 31, she must be close to my age, na?
